Carhartt is a very helpful company if you have any problems with their garments they will gladly fix or replace them free of charge they are definitely for the construction worker they hold up well in the winter to keep you warm and they hold up well in the summer to be comfortable while working in the heat I've been working in the trades for over 35 years and have always worn Carhartt clothing for all four seasons

Amazing customer service, employees were patient, helpful and very mindful of what I was looking for and made my trip here feel welcoming. Would definitely come back for more of me and my wife’s clothing.

Morgan was great! She helped me out with sizing of t-shirts and jeans. I’ve never had such a great experience at a store. If she isn’t the manger she should be promoted to one. She knows what she’s doing. She knows the product like the back of her hand! She knew the answers to all the questions I asked. I will be shopping there again. Thank you Morgan!!

Service was great. The lady that helped me find what I was looking for (knee pads in this case) took me right to them and gave me all the information I needed in order to get the correct size. The man at the register stopped what he was doing to check me out. He also remembered me from the first time I came in over a year ago, and remembered exactly what I was looking for back then. Plus, they give a union discount. I don't go around asking for free stuff or discounts, but it is a very nice gesture to the blue collar workers. Will definitely keep coming back here! Nothing changed lol. I found exactly what I needed and they still do a union discount. Sign me up!

You gotta stop at the store to get the best deals

The staff here is super friendly and helpful. Had an exchange to do without a receipt, and it was no problem. Always like shopping here. Rugged, comfortable clothes that last!

I visited this store twice and had fantastic service both times. Great customer service experience and competitive prices. They had a wide selection of clothing and a changing room to try on before purchasing. Parking can be a challenge sometimes at the Mayfair collection. Overall, great location and customer service.

Went in to buy durable and professional pants for work... I was helped by an associate, Kristi, who went above and beyond to help me. She checked in the back for various colors and sizes, and helped me order a specific size online. She was very knowledgeable of the different styles of pants available. Wonderful Experience

One thing that retail is missing is good customer service. That is not what happened at this Carhartt store. I had the BEST-customer service experience ever from an awesome associate named Christie. She went well above and beyond and when I called just before closing (shame on me). She did not make me feel rushed or not valued as a customer and took her time to make sure she looked through all the back stock inventory for what I was looking for.
Today I came into the store and all of the associates are just like her AMAZING!!! That says a huge amount for management and the company as a whole. Instead of shopping online I will definitely be back in person to have another amazing experience. Thank you Christie and entire Carhartt crew working on 12/6/2021

Love this store! Expensive but live the quality of the clothes. Service was amazing!!!! (not much women's clothing).

There were some good prices on the discounted items. We ended up spending just over $100 on 4 men's work shirts and a small child outfit for a friend. The people working there were friendly and ready to help.

I come to this store a minimum of once a month. The staff is ALWAYS very helpful and kind. The store is as ALWAYS spotless, with clothing always in correct size order on the shelves. As a person in construction, I buy 100% of my work clothing here, because its impossible to beat the quality of the high-vis and standard gear they offer. They always have my sizes and are kind enough to offer a Union discount at checkout. Sure the clothing may cost a few bucks more than off brand stuff at Walmart or farm&fleet.... but you're getting so much more here, that I have no reason to want to shop anywhere else. I love this store. I'm proud to say that I'm a customer for life!

I had to return a jacket I loved so much and there was a lady named Morgan that had helped me and she was amazing! Morgan was so nice and sweet. Morgan is excellent at her job and is the only one there that had everything under control!

Best customer service ever. The service was over the top. Other stores should take notes. Glad i was able to try a jacket on for the fit instead of ordering.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Sale prices are great. Store is easy to navigate. We'll be back.
