Love Fred Myer pharmacy.
The pharmacists are so helpful, and everyone is always so kind . There is hardly ever a line like the other pharmacies in town. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

They are almost always super busy but I've been coming here for years and love their customer service and loyalty to the patients they serve. It's worth standing in line, knowing they'll take care of me when it's my turn.

They did a good job of working quickly through the line of customers.

I have been going here for years. Yes there can be long waits, but what pharmacy isn't going to have the occasional long line. The employees are really nice and the pharmacists really help when you need it.

I wanted to say that the technician Kara was really helpful today. Something happened with my prescription refill and I have been working with both the pharmacy and my doctor's to figure out why isn't wasn't going through. It came in today, but had not been taken out of the shipment boxes. She took the time while I was still in the store to find it.It was a prescription I need to take every day. It also would have been hard for me to come back since I just had a baby and live 20 minutes away.

Fred Meyer Pharmacy in Grants Pass is a very busy place, and sometimes the wait IS long. BUT, I have to say that the people working at the pharmacy are wonderful. They are kind and caring and helpful. And, the people make it worth the wait! Yesterday, I dropped off a prescription and Justin took care of me. He was insanely busy, but maintained his smile and pleasant attitude as he checked with my insurance to make sure my meds would be covered. He was very pleasant and made the drop-off a great experience. Then, when I came back to pick up my prescriptions, the consulting Pharmacist was T.J. She is the MOST AMAZING, PASSIONATE, PATIENT-FOCUSED PHARMACIST I have ever known. She took time to explain how to take each drug, and what each drug would help me with, and then asked if I had any questions. She made recommendations to help with potential side effects of my new prescriptions. Then, she gave me her card and said for me to call if I had any questions or concerns. She made me feel confident and safe and cared for. Again, this is in the midst of a crazy-busy setting! It's so rare to encounter such kind and caring folks in medical care, and I am grateful and blessed by the staff and physicians at Fred Meyer.

Friendliest pharmacy in town. The line is always long but so is every other pharmacy. One tech even found a way to reduce my cost from $200 down to $50 when insurance didn't cover it!

Ya'll are way too hard on these guys. You have no idea how hard it is to get everything right and not kill anyone or get sued every day. You also get what you give. I smile and ask about their day and they are always friendly and polite. They might look exhausted but that's understandable given the fact they are something like 1 of 3 pharmacies in the county. I get my meds every month on time and sometimes a few days early. You're just doing something wrong if it's not working.

Great staff at this location. Debbi - always rocks but went out of her way a few weeks go helping me get my mom's high blood pressure meds in. I first came in on a Sunday and Paul (a floater I was told) and the Pharmacist Maurce? really went out of their way. Paul was on the phone what seemed like hours. Then back to Debbi and TJ finished me up , but not until Tuesday. Sunday - Tuesday was super stressful for me, knot knowing the meds. vs insurance and it were not for these staff I don't know what I would have done. Wow... Great job.

Great pharmacy, over worked under labored, but very good pharmacy. Call ahead then wait for text before pick up. They have a high volume of pts, and they Kroger isn't giving them enough help, but overall excellent pharmacy!!!

Thank you to the pharmacist Tj. She has been my savior since I got epilepsy and navigating all these medications! I'm grateful that she is in my life and truly thankful to have meet such a wonderful person 💛

Staff is always friendly and efficient. Like everyone else they are short staffed but the lines move pretty good.
