La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Milwaukee Airport / Oak Creek

This hotel is a great value. The bed is comfortable. Our room was in great shape. It's well lit, furniture is in good shape and the shower is warm. The breakfast is standard (cereal, bagels, drinks, and waffles). The staff was friendly. Applebee's is located right next door too. Definitely would stay here again.

Convenient restaurant next to hotel. Front desk gal was very nice and talkative about special attractions. Asked if I had been to Milwaukee before, but hadn't. Came for the Enchant Christmas and it was great, a short drive away and many neighborhoods with Christmas lights to drive through on the way back to the hotel. Room was setup nice. Would have liked a fridge in room, but still a good room for a great price. I would return.

I can see how other reviews have been negative about smells but this hotel isn't a four and five star hotel so cut them a break. They aren't the ones causing the problems, they just have to deal with them as best as they can.

Me and my husband come here annually for the park and fly bundle, it's a great value for the parking and room with the airport shuttle. Staff is all very accommodating and friendly, rooms are what you would expect for the price and proximity to airport, overall we are pleased with the outcome and the tall blonde front desk girl picked us up fast when we were ready to get our car. Some of the features in the hotel are outdated but you can tell the staff are trying, will keep coming back!

I really think this place is great especially the front desk lady Paola (I believe I am spelling it correctly) she is such an amazing beautiful kind soul she is there answering any questions you may have or any assistance you may need she is the absolute best hands down!!!!! Thanks for always being great to your guests!

This hotel easily could be a Hampton Inn, very nice room, big bed, comfortable lights, there’s a Chili’s restaurant on the parking lot, but you also get La Quinta breakfast. Definitely will try to get a room at this location from now on.

The people here are really nice, but the breakfast selection has changed in the last few months. They used to give pre-packaged cereal bowls, now they have a cereal dispenser and the cereal was stale. They have also removed a few items more items, so now I pretty much skip breakfast.

Met Lannie as I got my room and the friendliness she shown. I was literally impressed and felt like she truly cares for every customer. I hope she gets recognized for her good work. It was a pleasure being helped by her.

I had very pleasant service from front desk, the blonde front desk lady was super nice and helpful. Rooms are great, right next to Applebee's.

It was mostly clean, fresh paint and it was quiet. That's all we need in a hotel. We paid $82 for two double beds. Couldn't find anything else cheaper without sacrificing safety. My wife read a review of another place in the area where the customer found a crack pipe left behind.

It would have been nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room.

This one of the best laquinta hotels i have visited and i have been to a lot in different cities.

From check in to check out the front staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and roomy. Will stay here again really soon.

Feels like home away from home only better. Great bedding and beds. They know me and I always feel welcomed. My little dog and kitty loves it here; soundproofing, and they're always calm. I only have one wish... pillows without feathers and or down. We're super allergic to them, so we've started bringing our own pillows. If this is the worst thing ever, oh well. Still coming to this hotel its the only way to go.

At a time I needed a place to have my back, they were kind, gave me my space, and the front staff were very helpful and accommodating. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING!

It was excellent because of the help we got from Debbie at the front desk. She went above and beyond getting us a room. My husband and I had reserved the wrong date with a third party. Debbie was able to cancel the reservation and get us the right day. Our service dog also really liked her!

The customer service was outstanding here on all shifts! We ended up staying over a week. When I checked in super late the first night, the lady was very nice, especially, since I was a wreck from the drive. At other brands of motels, I usually get attitude over my little dog, even though they're supposed to be pet friendly---not here. She made me feel super welcomed and called my little guy my baby. Goosh I know, but I instantly felt welcomed and calm!!! Thank you!!! I'm willing to pay a higher price per night ($30++ more) just to feel welcomed and valued. Plus our room was excellent, clean, and comfy. We never wanted to leave; if I could afford it, I'd just live there.

Room had no microwave or mini fridge, but a great breakfast layout, nice workout equipment, and EXCELLENT customer service.

This hotel is very quaint and clean! The staff here was so sweet and were very accommodating with my requests. I asked for extra towels and typically hotel staff take a while and are irritated, but the workers here were incredibly speedy and kind. Also, they had lovely hot chocolate. It is best made with hot water, 3/4 of the packet and 2 cream cups. Plus, the continental breakfast has a lovely variety of breakfast foods including bagels, waffles, juice, yogurt, muffins and cereal. Overall, my stay here was very enjoyable!

We chose to stay at the Oak Creek location next to the MKE airport with the ParkSleepFly program. Staff was friendly and super accommodating! Jessica who checked us in was great! We were traveling with Wisconsin cheese and the rooms did not contain a refrigerator, but Jessica happily kept it overnight for us in the staff refrigerator. Beds were comfortable and a quiet area for sleeping. Our 3:30 am shuttle service to the airport was timely, courteous and made sure we all had the phone number for our return trip to pick up our car from the hotel Couldn’t have asked for better service!!

Very great customer service! Front desk attendants were so accommodating with all of our travel plans, scheduling us a shuttle from the hotel to the airport. Free parking at the hotel while for the week we were gone. Breakfast wasn’t available when we needed to leave for our flight, but fresh coffee and bagels were! Very refreshing to see happy faces at check in!

The receptionist Debbie was amazin last nite, she helped us with the arrangements bcuz r travel agency screwed up big time n she was able 2 help us out. She was very understanding n listened 2 us while my fiance was not feelin well from food poisonin 3 days b4. The room was clean, as the restroom.
