Definitely worth the five stars. They hit you with closeouts soon as you walk in the door. The staff members are ALWAYS super helpful and friendly. Their prices are also comparable to other reasonably priced liquor stores.

Friendly staff, clean store, cheaper prices, plethora of inventory.

Hasn't let me down yet when I'm looking for something specific that other stores don't... and even if they did... their pricing is reasonable for the other stuff... definitely one of my go-to spots

Otto's provides excellent parking, wheelchair accessibility, and varieties of various beverages, brews, and spirits.
They have an assortment of quality brands and favorites. They'll even order you what you want to put on their shelves or, inside a lock-box; ( to prevent thefts and product loss).
I gave them 5 stars because of their customer service, awesome location, and full shelves.

Long time business, and it's easy to see why. I've been frequenting this place for years. Staff are friendly and accommodating- always. The selection and sale items, I believe put this store above the top. Went to their other location on Brown Deer Road. Same feel and great customer service.

Always friendly and I have a great with John and his adult children. Shout out to his son, JJ who has done automotive work on my vehicle so that I could make it to Sunday School and church on his only day. MUCH LOVE

I live in Browndeer, but my favorite Ottos is the one on N. 76th street right off of Appleton. They always have everything displayed nicely, and the customer service and atmosphere is the best. It's just a cool place to visit.

Best prices in town. Wish they didn't close early on Sundays. In and out with whatever you need.

ottos has a great selection of wine and more if you are looking for something specific I'd be surprised if ottos doesn't have it one of the only liquor stores in the area that has the latest selection

Was honestly site seeing just to see what was available. Wasn't hassled, I braused at my leisure and happily made my purchases.

It is one of their best stores, very professional and knowledgeable staff, and excellent prices on all stocks, and an array of some of everything drinkable from beer to exoctic liquers .

Awesome adult beverages center . Nice staff and super helpful. Cigarette prices are higher than alchohol but in a bind it doesn't matter .
