Came this past Saturday and I believe her name is akira (sorry if I spelt that wrong) but she had on the holiday accessories. Omg! Literally the best customer service I’ve had in a while. Definitely felt greeted as if I was walking into a family house. The energy was amazing and I just appreciate good customer service when I come across it.

Good sandwich shop I had the pizza melt and the bread was really good! Not too busy and fast service.

Potbelly is my favourite place to eat in USA.The staff at this store was super nice and friendly.I was greeted by every single employee.There is no parking lot here.You have to find parking on the street.

I meant to do this review about a month ago, but better late than never. First let me say that the customer service here is outstanding! The team member that really stands out the most is Effie (I hope I got her name right). She’s very personable with the regular customers, and she always has a very welcoming demeanor about her. Every time I walk in and she’s there; she always acknowledges me by name. I work in the downtown area on Thursdays and Fridays and have been patronizing this restaurant for the past couple of years. The food is always good and fresh, and my order is always correct. Keep up the great work!

The pot belly s app was down but i still got the deal for today Bogo

Ordered two subs and a mac and cheese through the app. The mac n cheese was not so good. The subs were all the better for it. All extra requests were carried out to complete satisfaction. It was in the evening and the pre-order was ready even earlier. I will order subs here again.

Ordered using active menus today and all was great, even arrived early. I love the veggie melt sandwich! Best vegetarian sandwich around.

The food is fantastic and although the prices are a bit higher than other sandwich shops, the quality of the food is worth it. When I went, the line was long but an employee was there to take your sandwich order ahead of time. It probably took about six minutes to get through the line. Potbelly's is a definite go to for a delicious sandwich!

I had a superb experience with this restaurant. I ordered through doordash and my food was late. 30 minutes late. Potbelly did something amazing for me and somehow my food arrived hot and delicious. Whatever you did, I appreciate it more than I can accurately express. Thank you thank you.

The customer service at this location is fantastic. I always leave feeling like a happy, appreciated customer! My order is always correct, without fail, and the employees are the nicest in the city. Highly recommended!

Sometimes after you haven't been at a restaurant for a while you go back and then you remember why you liked it so much. That's what Potbelly's is all about. I forgot how delicious their subs are and how incredibly happy and wonderful their staff is. They say hello and thank you ... what a concept.
