The owner went above and beyond to help us. Our neighbor unit spilled a bunch of water into it unit and he immediately called us to inform us what happened and while we were out of state, checked our unit to make sure our stuff was not affected by it. He even provided a new lock for us. Highly recommend this place as they truly care about your belongings

I have been renting here for 4 months and it is by far the cleanest, easiest, and customer oriented facility I have ever dealt with. Jim is one of a kind. He will do whatever he can to make your experience there the best it can be. So when in need of extra storage give Jim a call. You won't regret it.
