Yours Truly DC Hotel - Vignette Collection by IHG

I stayed here for two weeks for a work trip. Walking in, I was very impressed with the lobby and restaurant area. Right away there was an issue with my work credit card (the problem was on our end not theirs). The person at the desk was super helpful and patient while we worked through the issue. I got to my room and was, again, very impressed with the size, decor, and cleanliness of the room. Parking is only available at the nearby pay-for-parking garages or twice the cost to valet at the hotel. It wasn't an issue for me because I was able to make my way around the city on foot or mass transit pretty easily. It's located very close to a Metro station so I didn't need a car, but if you do, expect to pay at least $30/day for parking.

The breakfast was easily the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The hotel is located close to a number of restaurants for lunch and dinner options. The area felt very safe and comfortable to walk anywhere nearby.

Finally, I can't stress enough how pleasant the working staff was. They were constantly going out of their way to make sure I enjoyed my stay.

I can't see myself staying anywhere else in future trips to the city.

I stayed here a few months ago and absolutely loved this hotel! I am a lover of good design and this place had it all. As I first walked in, I felt as if I were walking into a super chic underground sort of lounge or club, calm yet exciting. I was too excited over how thoughtful and beautiful everything was, so far from the cold sterile look of many hotels. Yours Truly creates an indescribable sort of atmosphere that just made me want to throw on a funky outfit and mingle (and that I did, leopard print coat for the win).

The front desk staff were extremely warm, pleasant, and helpful. They made the check in process quick and easy and even sent us to our room with mineral water in glass bottles to refresh after travelling.

I should note that I am a huge fan of Kimpton Hotels because I really enjoy the eclectic and unusual style they offer. If you are a fan like me, don't miss Yours Truly- It's the same type of curious and sleek design I love to explore. Even the music that drifts throughout the property matches the vibe. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean with crisp white linens. There is also this beautiful scent that lingers throughout the property, just another awesome touch. The only negative was that the shower need a repair and could have been a little more thoroughly cleaned, although it still worked fine. Overall don't come here just to stay, come to enjoy :) I hope to be back soon.

Absolutely perfect stay.

The hotel is definitely luxury and worth every penny. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean and aesthetically pleasing facilities with incredibly comfortable and spacious guest rooms. The theme is really artsy/hip and cool.

Centrally located to a ton of DC and MD action. If you don’t feel like wandering far the hotel has a fantastic bar that gets really lively after 3pm and is open well into the night. It also shares a walking lobby space with the call your mother deli (I’d recommend getting an order in early—the line was out the door!).

There’s a Walgreens nearby and a public parking lot within spitting distance from the hotel (literally can’t miss either of them).

10/10 would recommend staying at least one night—can’t wait to go back!

I loved this hotel.

We stayed there as part of an IHG points reward, and it was worth it.

Parking - Valet only, its 65/night but it's typical for this area of DC

The hotel entrance experience - clean, very modern, and well kept

Staff - the staff was very nice, always helpful, their uniforms/outfits made for a great representation of the hotel. On this alone I would say this hotel is worth it.

Breakfast - it was included in our stay and it was high end buffet style. I enjoyed the chill vibe and the fact that the staff was just hands off unless you needed help. I really enjoyed the food.

Hotel restaurant - the restaurant is called Mercy me. It's a little pricey, but overall worth it. The food has smaller portions, but it tasted amazing. My only ding for the restaurant is that the seating was kinda weird and in some cases uncomfortable. It did make it a nice vibe, but the seating was more living room/lounge style.

The room - I upgraded to a 1 bd suite, and I loved it. Everything was high quality, the towels were soft, the bed was perfect, the view was amazing.

Overall I would highly recommend. I loved my stay here.

An absolutely outstanding dining experience! Nick the bartender and Thais our server were simply phenomenal.

Nick crafted some of the most delicious and creative cocktails I've ever had. His drinks were beautifully presented and perfectly balanced. He has a true talent for mixology. Nick was also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the drink menu.

Thais provided top-notch service from the moment we sat down. She was attentive, warmand professional throughout our entire meal. Thais did an excellent job explaining dishes and making food recommendations that did not disappoint. Her upbeat personality made us feel right at home.

Between the incredible food, drinks and A+ service from Nick and Thais, it was one of the most enjoyable dining experiences we've had. Mercy Me and Yours Truly is lucky to have such skilled and delightful staff. We'll absolutely be returning thanks to Nick and Thais!

Amazing design and great service and top notch staff. The hotel is very generous, they let us checkin early at 9 am and let us stay longer till 1pm. The lobby and the vibe is so lively and we enjoyed our stay.
Great location with access to many attractions and public transportation.
Definitely recommend it and will come back again.

Everyone was so friendly and nice especially the front desk associates. Continental breakfast was good. We dined in at Mercy Me and loved the service, drinks and food. The room was clean. Pillows and bed were comfy. We requested a crib and they had it ready for us. They also have highchair for kids. Would be back here again.

First time in DC in a long time. Chose this fabulous little hotel for our getaway. Stayed 4 nights. The hotel is close to just about everything. Walkable to many places. Hotel was clean. Service was excellent. Will be telling friends and family about this gem.

Such a clean and fun vibey hotel. Loved the boho theme and style. The staff was pleasant and the bakery attached to the hotel was really yummy. The rooms were comfy and stylish and clean. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to a friend.

My experience at the Yours Truly DC Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. Its proximity to Dupont Circle made it incredibly convenient, with a plethora of shops and restaurants just steps away. Overall, the Yours Truly DC Hotel is a true gem, combining an excellent location with exceptional dining and a stylish ambiance, making it a top choice for my future visits to the area.

We stayed here for New Year’s 2024, specially because they’re pet friendly and we needed a place to bring our puppy dog with us. Vignette is a beautiful hotel, with an excellent customer service and facilities. The location is great also.
They have and onsite restaurant call Mercy Me where we had our New Year’s Eve dinner. It was absolute delicious, I think it was the best part of our stay.

Totally recommended, particularly if you have pets.

Amazing Hotel!!! First time in DC and this is such a cool place. Awesome vibe! Great food and ambiance. The manager Daria is clearly involved as she quickly fixed my key issue and brought us a bottle of Champagne for our anniversary. 5 stars +++

This hotel is so cute! The design the decor the concept…CUTE. The service is amazing. Kudos to Kevin and Luvesh for making me feel welcomed. The room is cute!!!! The slippers cute. The rooms are clean. There are many good places to take cute pictures. I am so happy I booked here. Oh and the bagel shop in the lobby is a good time as well. I will definitely be back.

Wow. Hip, fun, friendly all around. Stayed here for a weekend with the family while visiting my GWU child. Lobby, front desk & adjacent bar/restaurant are both inviting yet hip. Had dessert after a show -our server Jamie was sooo nice!
10 minute walk from Foggy Bottom metro; was off our Dulles plane & @ the front desk in 2 hours.
Front desk staff went out of their way to get me a Sunday Washington Post, and included the Saturday as well.
Rooms mix a postmodern/minimalist vibe and comfy/cozy decore.
Will definitely be back!

We really loved staying here! I stayed with 3 other people and we chose a king suite which slept the four of us comfortably between the king sized bed and the pull out couch. We felt that there was enough space in the room. The bathroom was very nice and updated, however, because of the design of the shower, you definitely need to place a bath mat down otherwise your entire bathroom floor will be soaked! We got breakfast the next day at the bagel shop downstairs which was kind of pricey but convenient.

I love the hotel, the vibe, the restaurant, the location are all great.
The only issue I have is I never get my digital folio receipts. I get various promotional emails, including requests to give feedback, so I know you have my email. fixing that would make it perfect.

This boutique hotel is one of my go tos in DC due to location, the great bar/restaurant in the lobby, the bagel shop and access to vinyl records in the rooms. It is dog friendly and has a decent sized gym on premises

Andy was so pleasant and accommodating. The staff helped make our 50th birthday stay fantastic.
I would highly recommend this Hotel to all of my friends or family.

Gorgeous, clean property with very cool restaurant/outdoor seating area. Friendly, helpful staff at a great location (close to a metro station). Will stay here again!

The concrete floor in the room felt so clean. The reception for our group was lovely. The bakery across the street became our favorite breakfasts and sandwiches. At first when we saw the concrete floor, we thought our room eas in the midst of a remodel. After we got over the shock of the unconventional floor, we loved it. This is the first hotel floor that felt totally clean. Most of the staff were exceptional. I have no doubt the desk person who is grumpy knows who she is. We made it a goal to make her smile, but we failed.
