Nordstrom Rack

Staff are professional and friendly. Large selection of shoes and clothes. Pretty good selection of candles, linens, bedding. Fair amount of kitchen products. Checkout is very easy. It's a fav of mine. Prices are very good.

Things in this store is already disconnected. Why are the broke and desperate, Steeling form here?. the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Let them get paid for their hard work. A place for "the good things".

The store has a nice selection. I know they are in the city but I wish they had validated parking.

This is my favorite discount store in downtown DC. It is smaller than some of the others, but it always has a great selection of seasonal styles. There is also always sufficient staff at each duty station (dressing room, security, cash register, returns, etc.).

A fine Nordstrom Rack close to the Farragut North metro station. We've stopped in a few times while passing by. Not the biggest selection.

It was my first time shopping at a Rack that's not in Maryland or Virginia, so I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with their selection. If I'm in the area, I'm definitely returning to this location.

The only department store in the area. Clean and organized so that it's easy to find what you're looking for.

I have the best shopping experience in this location on Mar 14th. I found a white bottom down shirt that I like but there was a ball pen ink on the collar. I asked the cashier lady if they could get me a new one, so she called another young lady from the changing room to help me look for it. Sadly there was none. So I asked the young lady if they knew how to get rid of the stain. I love the shirt so much that I will buy it even though there was a stain. She went to the tailor and helped me remove the stain! I was so happy to see how many steps they are willing to go further for a client. Keep it up Nordstrom racks!

Great place to buy brands at excelente prices. This store has a bis clearance section with up to 70% discount. Totally recommended.

Good quality and best customer service.

Great place for branded items at discounted prices. Ok maybe they might not be the style of the season but it's still worth it. Street parking is easily available all around the store. It's not as big as some of the other outlets but you'll still find a great verity of products

Well organized, bright, and big. This rack has a good selection, some stellar deals (if you dig), and decent hours. Good location. I found a very expensive designer sweater for almost 90% off. It's the best clothing deal I've ever found.

Great deals for designer brands and quality clothing. Although I’ve been told it is a relatively small store in comparison to other Nordstroms, it has fully satisfied my shopping needs and may be my favorite place for buying clothes in DC. Plus, it’s in the heart of downtown which makes for a nice experience even for out of town visitors.

This store is in a "GREAT" area! Its dare I say it...in the heart of DC. I had to return something so I had to wait (not long) at the main customer service / return line. I say that because the "Rack" has express check-out stations scattered through the store. Which is a great idea. Back to the return process. My sales associate was Octavius P. He was welcoming and made that connection everyone in customer service needs to make but keep the line moving. It was a smooth return and I was on my way to enjoy the last few hours of day light.
