I was Very satisfied with the work that was done and the detail explanation that David gave me. He really took his time and went over everything with me, along with his assistant. Thank you very much, as it was very much appreciated!! Great Team!!!

We needed new water heater, but didn't want to rebuild our chimney which can be quite expensive. Dave L came out to give us a quote and provided several excellent choices, including a comprehensive, energy-efficient option which included a significant tax rebate. When we contracted with Blau Sudden Service they had us on the schedule in a matter of days. Dave again was the plumber. He coordinated with the electrician and installed our new heat pump water heater with a plumbing associate. They were top-notch professionals, highly personable and very efficient. And, after the install was complete, Dave returned later in the day to walk us through the new water heater operations and maintenance. I'd call Dave and Blau in the future for any plumbing and HVAC needs. Thank you for your great service!

Blah Sudden Service was excellent! Josh was very knowledgeable and explained the situation and the options that I had. Decided to have a new furnace installed, which was going to happen the following day. Josh and Kirby came and removed the old furnace and replaced it with the new unit. When they finished they cleaned up everything and put items back. Very helpful and explained what they were doing. Great guys and great service. Thank you for your prompt and great service!

Dave L was professional and thorough. My problem was I had hot water in my faucets but the shower would barely get hot. He found a leak while figuring out the heat issue. He gave me 3 different options price wise for fixing my problem and explained possible things that could happen in each scenario. Then he showed me the results and explained what he did. The woman who answered the phone in the morning also had a kind and pleasant personality.

Kyle was very helpful in helping fix my flushing mechanism in my toilet. Also fixed both loose toilet seats. He was able to fix everything quickly too! Very good, prompt service.

UPDATED:

Our 17 year old water heater failed at 7pm on a Friday night. Blau was there the very next morning with a new water heater for us. They also put in a chimney liner for our vent to bring it up to code and added a recirculating pump so we could get hot water faster in our long ranch house where the shower is on the opposite side of the house from the water heater. We are happy with the quality of work, the friendliness of Scott and his willingness to answer all my questions. My only gripe is that it was quite a bit more expensive than I was expecting, but we needed it done quickly and professionally and we trust Blau and their many good reviews and long history of top notch service to get the job done right.

UPDATE: I had to call Blau again two weeks after our water heater and recirculating pump were installed because something was not right with the recirculating pump. Blau send David L. to trouble shoot the issue. He noticed right away that the initial install was done improperly by the first plumber (who was less experienced in putting in recirculating pumps) David fixed the issue and checked the system over for no extra charge (as I would have expected) and now my recirculating pump is working like a dream. David also troubleshooted the humidifiers on our furnaces while he was at our house and was able to get them both running again. I really appreciate David L's expertise to get our problems fixed.

The pipes in my house are 70 yrs old so it wasn't a surprise when they discovered they had to replace a lot of pipes leading to my kitchen sink. They came out to fix everything within 2 hours of the initial call, diagnosed and were working on it from 10am till 3pm. Everything works perfectly. This was a great experience.

Jeff was great. He arrived early and thoroughly explained the issue with the pipes. He's very personable and professional. I would highly recommend him to people I know. I'd give him 10 stars! I most certainly will call Jeff and Blau in the future.

Their technicians are very professional and care about what you need. Kirby came to unstop my kitchen sink and when he came in, he was very nice and friendly which I look for when I’m receiving service from a company. He let me know what I needed to know about my pipes before he started to work on my sink. He was very professional and knew his craft. If you are looking for a technician that’s going to take good care of what you need, call Blau and ask for Kirby. Blau has taken care of other things that I needed and I can say that they have not disappointed me not once.

Josh did a great job. Friendly and shared information as he worked. Got it done in under an hour. Cleaned up and did not leave a mess. Best of all they came the same day I called them. Three other plumbing companies were “booked out” so thank you Josh and Blau Plumbing!

Our technician, Kyle did a great job for us. He diagnosed and fixed our drainage problem in a professional and efficient manner. It’s so nice to have someone who is reliable.

Blau Sudden Service Kyle N is the reason I will continue to support Blau and recommend others utilizing this company. He exemplifies what is customer service as he treats each customer with respect and compassion while being transparent. I have utilized Blau twice and each time Kyle has helped, he is helpful and honest.

This company assigned one of their plumbers by the name of Kirby to handle a plumbing issue in my residence. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and, aside from that, a very nice and personable young man. He worked very hard and he did not leave until the issue was completely resolved. He then checked the pipes both in the main floor and in the basement to make sure that there was no leakage. We were very satisfied by the quality of this young man’s work.

Kyle N was the guy who came out and gave me a quote, then came back to do the job. We moved the sink ourselves to save money. The pipe was galvanized and corroded. Kyle N diligently tried several ways to clean the threads of the sewer pipe to avoid having to cut a hole in the wall to cut out a section of the sewer pipe. He was able to finally get the threads to work with the PVC pipe, put in new valves and hoses for me, and got my sink working for the first time in two decades! I highly recommend Blau and especially Kyle N who persevered with this difficult plumbing job. Very thorough. I'm extremely satisfied!!!

Firstly, I felt it was practically a miracle that I could get a plumber on the weekend. I called several, and there were no plumbers to be had until Monday.
Hayden was prompt, courteous and was well-versed in these kinds of situations; late 50’s home with a failing (original) main water valve shut-off. The valve began to leak when I shut it off to do work in the bathroom. Upon turning the water back on, water began leaking at intense rate, flooding part of my basement.
He was aware what could be done at the moment, and thankfully, was able to get the leak to completely subside while still having the water on! This is a temporary fix until he can come back to re-fit the lines and valves, once a water line shut off is done by our village.
Very happy with the outcome, and Hayden was the perfect guy for the job!

Came back on Wednesday, December 13th to complete the job, installing new pipes and quarter-turn valves! My home now has a modern and reliable main water valve system! Very happy with the work from Blau!

I love the prompt response to my phone call and request. Albeit I was told that someone would be here between 12:00pm and 3:00pm today, the technician was here within one hour of my call! In addition to the sump repair, Kyle did a thorough investigation of our plumbing in our basement and noticed some updates that should take place. Kyle was super friendly and gave really good advice on how to update our current plumbing. From my panicked phone call to a wonderful experience and a really good estimate we will definitely be using Blau Sudden Service again. Thank you!!
