I have a friend in the hospital and wanted her to have a prefect flower arrangement to keep her spirits up. Living in Redding CA I googled Florist in Grants Pass. You never know what you order is what's going to be delivered. But Melissa was spot on. What was listed on her website was actually what was delivered. If I could give her 100 stars 🌟 I would. Melissa thank you. You have made my girlfriends day and many more to come. I appreciate you.

I have used Rogue River Country Florist for bouquet deliveries a couple times now and each experience was amazing. The bouquets were beautiful and delivered timely. The customer service was also excellent.

Highly recommend! They are not open on Mondays and I did not realize when I placed my online order. They quickly called to ask if I needed it delivered immediately as they were closed that day. I said yes as it is my sister’s birthday and I did not plan ahead of time LOL so she went into work ON HER DAY OFF and delivered the flowers for me! Blown away by the high level of customer service-/ will definitely be using this company again!!!!

This has got to be the best place in Oregon. I'm in shock and so grateful for this woman. If you want a place that has heart and puts everything they've got into making a little girl who just lost her daddy feel completely loved then this place is where you need to be. Never in my life have I known a florist to spend hours running around town doing everything she could to find the perfect gift, went from place to place looking for what she knew would warm this little girls heart. I'm soooooo impressed and wish there were more people like her in the world. We would be a much better place! I'm so impressed I'm sending a message to Ellen Degeneres. Thank you so much for just being you. You are amazing!!!!

This place is AWESOME! Family owned and operated. Excellent service and beautiful bouquets! The owner/decorater is a very skilled and experienced florest! I highly recommend this shop to anyone, they are extremely helpful and they can make arrangements for any occasion. Check them out!

My mom and I ordered a beautiful bouquet for my aunt after her surgery. They attempted to deliver them while they were still at the hospital. I was told the florist contacted my family, and they worked out another date? However at this time they still have not received the flowers. My issues started after though. Rather than create another bouquet and attempt to redeliver them, we were told that the bouquet would be sold in store, ok no problem. Rather than just create another set, however, on the date discussed directly with my family, we were told we needed to buy and place another, new order. We understand this is apart of their business practices, however I have not received my refund from the first pricey set as discussed and confirmed with the shop. I will not be placing another order until this is corrected. After that initial conversation informing us of them being delivered another day, there has been zero contact. We have called, left messages, and sent emails multiple days in a row now with no luck. Very disappointed with the outcome, especially with the lack of communication and flowers.

If I could give a negative star I would called for my wife flowers for our anniversary at noon at 4:45 I called and said we're is the delivery she said it was on the way 10 min later she calls while I'm sitting with my wife and said ohh I must have wrote tha credit card info down wrong and it's not even done or on the way thanks for ruining the surprise NEVER going to call them again
