The Urgent Care staff were all spectacular. The intake staff were welcoming and very empathetic to my concerns. There was no wait and I liked that making an appointment online was an option. The facility was very clean and relaxing. The nurse and PA that helped we were as kind as can be, cared about my concerns and were very thorough. Im glad to know that I have an option close to home that I feel confident going to now that Physicians Urgent Care is closed.

I took my son here the last two times for urgent care and I've had the same PA both times. Good staff low wait times no problems at all I would highly recommend.

Had to make a trip over to urgent care in Wauwatosa for a test, my normal clinic had no one on duty. All of the nurses, front staff and doctor were very nice and polite. Had a bit of a wait, which they told me about right away so no surprises, and not that bad anyway. I may choose this location next time a family member needs to be seen.

Went into urgent care and was seen within minutes . The staff was super friendly and answered my never ending questions promptly and respectfully . Easy process from the beginning . Would recommend !
