My family has been banking with Rogue ever since Home Valley Bank closed many years ago. We’ve had both business and personal accounts here, and always been treated well. Rogue has little to no fees with their accounts, and occasionally even gives us a member dividend. Special thanks to Emily, Audra and Brian - they are great!

Can I give minus stars? Spent 8 yesterday and 3 hours so far today and no problems fixed. Oh they did offer me a loan while my fraud paperwork went so that through but then remembered I am brown and changed their mind. To scold me with how they say that they do not discriminate. They treat me like a theif for asking about my own money

Most racist bank i ever had to deal with. Be careful if you are brown with this bank. Im treated like a theif for asking about my own money. Wish I could give it 000 stars they don't work well with people of color and will say things and this was said to me " just because you don't see it on your account doesn't mean it not there" and I was supposed to feel like they fix my money issue with that. Then today I pay my bills do a little shopping go to buy dinner and told I spent my limit allowed even though I had 100s in the bank. I was embarrassed and told I couldn't eat.
No thanks I beg for help and been treated like I was trying to rob you when all I needed was to file a fraud forms and that took over 8 hours for that little bit of help.

Been a member at Rogue Fedral Credit Union since 2009 and ten years later in 2019 with a credit score of 707 and several loans paid off through them and in good standing good paying full time job me and my wife who has also been a member and good credit got turned down a auto loan. Loyalty with this bank and they didnt show loyalty to me us as a customer.
