I brought my car in to get my broken taillight and cover fixed. Everyone at the shop was super helpful,friendly and really accommodating. Great service! I also paid much less than I expected. I had a time constraint and needed my car finished by a certain time today. They called the dealer as soon as they opened, to make sure they could get the part quickly ,and my car finished on time. I will definitely be returning next time I need anything done !

One of the most honest car repair places I’ve ever been to. They’ve done several repairs for me and all seem to be very fairly priced. Last time I brought my car in because it was loud and had an exhaust leak somewhere. They said they couldn’t repair it for less than about $2000 because they could only get actual dealer parts, but referred me to a different exhaust shop to see if they could fabricate a repair instead. The repair from that shop was about $140. Very happy with them and their work.

I called to see about getting my oil changed and tires rotated and my tires filled back up with nitrogen on my minivan. They were very nice on the phone when i made the appointment. This was my first time going to pope auto worx and i will be going back again to this repair shop. They are very nice and very courteous and they even installed my rear wiper blade i had bought free of charge........

I now have my late father-in-laws vehicle, and he was told by a dealership that he needs his brakes replaced by the next oil change.
I brought it to Pope for brakes and an oil change, they checked and called me, said the brakes still had alot of life left in them. They were super nice and gave me a loner for the day! Definitely will be coming back. Thanks for communicating with me, and being honest with how my new (to me) vehicle is. Seriously the best service I've ever had with an auto shop!!!!

Had my front brakes done here a couple years ago, then had a full brake job done on my son's car this past summer. The quality of both the work and service of those two jobs brought me back to have my rear brakes done as well as struts and shocks. Everything was done on time and within the estimate. Did have to add new calipers, but that's not too shocking and I was called first. No surprizes. When one of the new struts tested bad they got me back in quickly to resolve the issue. Communications with with shop are outstanding. Highly recommend this shop!

Had a couple of issues with our rx350 and had spoke to Nick about bringing it in for repair. Let me tell you that was one of my best decisions! Dropped the car off at the shop for our appointment and received a call back soon after. He made a great repair to the exhaust system and fixed the sensor issue along with a full service oil change. Great service, fair prices and a great person to deal with! My new repair shop!

It's hard for me to give a 5 star review on anything, however, this business definitely deserves one. This is a very honest and fair priced shop with great customer service, which is hard to find. If you need any work done on your vehicle I highly recommend coming here. I plan on coming here for all my vehicle maintenance from now on!

Took a chance going here solely based on their reviews and I see why they are rated so highly, Nick and Megan are great people to work with I've recommended them to multiple friends and family members. Give them a chance you won't be disappointed.

Just picked up our van from there again this morning. There is a long story behind it, but the mechanics and staff went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you guys for being good, honest mechanics who we can trust are not ripping us off!

I've had several services done here over the past 2-3 years, and they always do great work with fair prices and honest assessments of what's wrong with my vehicle, what repairs are necessary at the time, and what might or might not be a problem down the road.

Just a couple week ago my car failed on my way to work at 6AM; I had it towed to Pope without warning, & they were able to address it within 3 business days. When Nick first thought it might be a problem with the transmission, he offered to give the car a full inspection just to make sure, and to check if there were any other issues that might arise down the road that would make a costly repair like a new/used transmission not worth it. After taking a closer look a few days later, he found it was a completely different, inexpensive issue, and took care of it right away.

These are trustworthy folks who do great, quick, fairly priced work. It's such a relief to have finally found an auto shop I can trust.

Good honest mechanics, took my pos car in to get inspected and to see if worth being fixed, many repairs but the final bill was less than others around for clutch work & joints. Took a few extra days for a part that came up which they called and ordered.

Haven't picked up my car yet, but, I know that these guys are best at what they do with all my interactions with them so far. Glad I found my to-go place for all things auto!

Recently did a repair on my 20.yer old car. When I picked it up it was over $200 less than they quoted me because it didn't take them as long as they thought. Love the honesty. I would have paid the higher price and not known any different. Awesome!!

Honest people. They do what they say they will do. They are into Auto repair not up-sales, they are friendly and good at what they do. 100% better then anywhere else I have gone and that includes dealerships.

I have taken our cars in a few times now. Nothing major just nails in the tires. They were able to patch it up and within the hour I had my car back. My husband's car had parts that needed to be ordered. They came in quickly and the price, very reasonable! I love how honest they run their business and service is always great!! I highly recommend Pope and will continue to use their services!

They did the installation of the Supercharger on my 2015 Mustang. They also installed the lowering springs. Their customer service was excellent! Their price was great and 4 years later the car is still running great with zero issues. I strongly recommend Pope Auto Worx!

Nick is the absolute best when it comes to our cars. Both Paul and I appreciate the timely manner in which we can get in for service and the turn around time as well. Nick is very fair with prices and really takes the time to explain things to his customers about what is going on with the car. I was recommended to him and will certainly be recommending him to others in the area looking for great service!
