Siskiyou Physical Therapy

My entire experience at Siskiyou Physical Therapy was nothing short of excellent, as I had full knee replacement. Dr. Jesse and Claudia were knowledgeable, friendly, and treated me with the utmost care and respect. Overall, a fantastic and effective experience. I will miss interacting with both of them during my weekly appointments. Thanks again, you're both the best!

Fantastic Physical Therapy Experience with Jesse Elliott at Siskiyou Physical Therapy in Grants Pass, Oregon.

This was not my first rotator surgery that required P.T, however it was, by far, the best experience that I have had. I would like to recognize and thank the two therapists that worked with me over a span of 3.5 months. Jesse and Claudia were so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, providing custom therapy plans designed to work with my specific mobility goals as well as my general health, and best practices for maintaining, strengthening and enhancing fluent and healthy movement. The Staff at Siskiyou made me feel important and projected a genuine concern for my health and well being. I knew right away that I was in good hands. Team Siskiyou has met and exceeded all of my expectations and helped me meet all of my short term goals. They have set me up for success to meet and exceed all of my long term goals. I would recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy. 17 weeks after surgery and I feel strong and confident in my abilities and recovery moving forward.

I have had the best experience with Jessie, and Claudia. They make you feel welcome and are helpful. I had knee replacement surgery and I could of not been so happy that my doctor recommended me there. They are the best of the best.

Having been a frequent client of several physical therapy providers I was blown away with my experience with Siskiyou Physical Therapy!!! Doctor Jesse Elliott has this practice fine tuned! He and his team of Chelsey and John are motivating, courteous and extremely professional! Marcelle and Julie keep everything running seamlessly!
It was my second shoulder surgery and this physical therapy unit had me months ahead of my last surgery.
Even though Jesse was my primary therapist I witnessed the other therapists motivating their clients. Taking plenty of time to answer their questions.
Hopefully I won’t need their services anytime soon. I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend this Physical Therapy office to anyone!!
Remember to book your appointments well before your surgery, they’re usually very busy!!

On 9/14/2023, I had a full knee replacement surgery. Thanks to the greatest surgeon, Dr. Cowley, he sent me for rehab to Siskiyou Physical Therapy. I cannot express how Blessed and thankful I am to have had the best therapists! Jessie and Claudia were amazing! They listened to my concerns, limitations and got me where I needed to be in just 8 visits. With their knowledge and guidance, I’ve learned several exercises which have helped me get my leg to bend and straighten properly. I now know how to carefully strengthen muscles and stretch to protect my knee. They have given me the confidence that in time, I will be good as new.
For any and everyone reading my review, consider yourself lucky to be going here. Trust them to help you get your motion back and become pain free. And PLEASE, do your exercises at home. It may not always be pleasant, but for me, it made ALL the difference!

Jesse, Claudia, Julie and the whole crew at Siskiyou Physical Therapy are Top Notch. They make you feel comfortable, heard and take the time to give you the tools to heal. Making appointments is easy, they have a great location and are a wonderful rehab office!

I’m spacing on the ladies name who helped me but I went here a little less than two years ago and was helped through my first broken bone ever in my left leg. I was really pushy about wanting to walk by myself, didn’t use crutches (pretty dumb now that i think about it, lol) but they saw me pushing myself and not wanting to slow down and was cleared pretty quickly. I ended up opting for another few extra weeks of therapy just to be sure I was ready, and that helped me so much. They helped me incredibly and also made it fun, which I can imagine is a hard job to do.

Jesse is exceptional! His willingness to listen to my concerns coupled with his knowledge and expertise have helped reduce my pain by more than 90%, reduce swelling and increase my strength and mobility. Jesse shared exercises that I can do at home to maintain the progress I have made in PT and to further my healing. All the staff and Siskiyou Physical Therapy are kind and attentive. My experience with them has been wonderful. Thank-you Jesse and the entire Siskiyou Physical Therapy crew!!

So thankful to have found this office. Jesse is an exceptional therapist. After my shoulder surgery, he was able to tailor my exercises to my needs and make sure I was able do them correctly at home. His encouragement and support made all the difference. So happy to be out of pain and have my mobility back. Thank you so much. The office staff was accommodating, friendly and professional. His assistant Kourtney was excellent too. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone.

I came to Siskiyou PT after total knee replacement. My therapists were absolutely fabulous. Very knowledgeable about how to achieve maximum movement and strength post surgery. Courtney and Abbey are two of the best in their field. Always encouraging, and never forcing you to do something you are not comfortable with. I am very pleased with my results. They have a great team there.

If you want the absolute best, this is the place to be! I have been to PT’s (and my disabled son) from Seattle, Eugene and Grants Pass. This is, hands down, the best Physical Therapy office I have ever been to! Everyone from the front office to the PT’s & assistants are awesome!!!! They are knowledgeable, happy, friendly, helpful (I got reminder calls in the morning of my PT appointments when they were changing a bunch, just to help me out! I so enjoyed Olivia’s smiling voice saying good morning!!!! How awesome is that! Courtney & Jesse are just amazing working on my neck! And they both have me working my butt off trying to get me out of my walking boot - post surgery (from an ankle break). Seriously, the best place to be!!!!

I was referred to Siskiyou Physical Therapy for low back pain and my experience there was great. The facility is conveniently located and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. Jesse and the team are friendly and knowledgeable. At my initial appointment they did an overview of mobility, range of motion and pain levels, then created a physical therapy plan specifically for my needs. They encouraged me to work hard, but also knew how far to push it without causing pain. They are really good about listening to the patient and respecting their needs. The experience was effective and painless. When it was time to be released from care, they provided me with exercises to do at home and demonstrated how to do them properly. I highly recommend Siskiyou Physical Therapy!

I had a major tear in the right rotator cuff that was repaired and i went to Siskiyou Physical Therapy for the rehabilitation phase of my recovery. All of the staff made me feel welcome and part of the Siskiyou family. They took the time to listen to my wants and needs regarding my recovery, formulating an amazing therapy program in conjunction with my surgeon, providing me with the opportunity to succeed with my recovery. I would recommend Siskiyou PT without reservation as the place to recover from surgery, or if you need some help with an minor ache or strain. I wouldn't go any other place for any therapy needs.

Siskiyou Physical Therapy is amazing. The staff are fully invested in your well-being as well as respectful of your time. You work 1 on 1 with the PT rather than being handed over to an undertrained assistant. I’ve been here for a rotator cuff repair and won’t go anywhere else.

I had such a great experience working with Siskiyou PT. The entire team was super friendly and eager to help. Jesse and Kelsey were amazing! At the initial appointment a thorough overview of mobility, pain and range of motion were analyzed, then a wellness and rehabilitation plan was carefully outlined and monitored. With careful observation progress came quickly, and painlessly! Working with Siskiyou PT was truly a great overall experience and I can’t thank the team there enough.

Siskiyou PT was wonderful. They worked as a team and were very professional. They provided excellent service and made you feel welcomed. Jon and Chelsea were my physical therapists for my right knee. Within two weeks I notice a big difference in my knee. I didn't have the pain that I was experiencing when I started. By the time I finished I was walking with no pain at all. I loved working with them and they were easy to talk to. Thank you to the Siskiyou Physical Therapist team for making my life pain free.

The staff at Siskiyou Physical Therapy is amazing! Under the guidance of Jesse and Kelsey, I was able to return back to work and resume a normal life again after my rotator cuff surgery. They created a physical therapy plan based on my specific needs. I must admit, I was very hesitant going to physical therapy again based on previous bad experiences found elsewhere for other injuries I’ve had over the years. This experience was totally different. They far exceeded my expectations! Very professional and a total joy to be around to the point that I looked forward to my days being there. I would highly recommend these great people to anyone I know.

I have been in a massive car accident that permanently disabled me. Now, I tend to injure myself due to some of those issues. Jesse and his team are the best!!! I have worked with physical therapist’s from Eugene to Grants Pass and Jesse & his crew are the best their are! My experience with Siskiyou Physical Therapy was a wonderful healing experience. My therapist Abbey was very patient and kind. She knew exactly what I needed on the days I was there. She was a good listener and could read my body language to know how far to push me.
During my therapy, I progressed very well and was very grateful for the attention I was given.
