Loves how they took the time to explain and answer all my questions. They were so gentle with my cat. And the follow up appointment was smooth. I felt respected and heard.

I brought my 7 week old Male Euro Doberman for ear cropping. Dr. Heidi and her team were very attentive to my pups surgery and follow up visits. The end result 8 weeks later is Impressive as my pup looks Great!

So kind and helpful. Very good at diagnosing the problem. Their support was exceptional when I had to put my dog down.

For 25 years Dr Heidi has been our vet, and has always been caring, compassionate and given excellent care. Hundreds of patients have been thankful that she has managed to stay open through all the challenges of the last two years. As a small business, this is even harder today and is not getting any easier. Dr Heidi should be given the support that our local businesses need and deserve so that they can continue to support our community. She has our heartfelt thanks and gratitude for supporting so many people who love and care for their pets, large and small. Many of these are seniors, like us, who have patience, and understand just how much Dr Heidi has sacrificed to continue to provide this care. We look forward to our next appointment for Regina.

It was my puppy's first time and mine too at this vet clinic. The entire staff showed so much care and love !! We had the best experience and will continue to go there for all his puppy needs !!!!!!

Allen Creek Veterinary Hospital has been the absolute best place to take our two dogs. The staff is always quick to respond and compassionate. The vets genuinely care about your pets and take time to explain what they've found and answer questions.

The staff at Allen Creek Vet Hospital were wonderful! Dr. Heidi needed to do a C-section on my Chuweenie, cuz the puppies were huge. All the staff were helpful, & upbeat.

They always take care of all of our pets. Very respectful. Very caring and kind to all of our needs. So far never had any problems with them. Even when we found out our dog had diabetes and wasn't going to make it. They never pressured us into stuff we couldn't afford. I enjoy the staff they are always there to lend a listening ear.

I had Dr Heidi check out my parakeet today. I was so worried that I might have to have her put down. Dr. Heidi reassured me she was ok.. She was very sweet and gentle when handling my bird. She talked to my bird as she held her and told her she was ok. Teased with my bird. Checked her over good and very professional. I would recommend her as a great vet.

The Staff at Allen Creek love my pets as much as I do!

Unfortunately, my mother's loving "Lady Libby" had taken a turn for the worst. She was at least 25 years old, no kidding! We had hoped she would have passed peacefully at home but on the third day Lady Libby was still with us and it was time to make a difficult but humane decision. Saturday morning we called Allen Creek Vet, and they were able to squeeze us in. Staff was very compassionate and allowed us to share Libby's story with them and just how much she will be missed! We had our last moments with her and then she just went to sleep! Very peaceful, humane and dignified. Thank you, Allen Creek Veterinary Clinic for helping our family at such a critical time!

Updated 8-25-2023 We still live this place. They take very good care if the fyr babies.

Love this clinic! They take great care of our dog. The vet and staff genuinely care about each critter. Highly recommemded.
We now have 2 dogs and both are happy with their care at Allen Creek. Dr. Heidi and the staff all take excellent care of our fur babies.

They treated me and my sick dog well, with compassion and a friendly demeanor. My dog got better, it cost money and I can't speak to the competitive value they are providing, but I wouldn't take my doggo anywhere else.
Update. I've been bringing my dogs here for years and I still stand by them. Even their pricing is reasonable. This is my veterinary home.

Our vet for the past 15 years. Staff are always kind, caring and compassionate. Dr. Heidi knows her stuff! Our cats, dogs and alpacas have been well cared for.

We have been going there 25 years. Many cats, 3 dogs. Dr. Jan and Dr. Heidi are amazing. They are just concerned about our animals as we are. They always listen to our concerns, even in a time at the end of our pets lives. Dr Heidi came to my house a few years ago and put my Shepherd down. She knew it was important to us to have our family here and our cats to be able to say goodbye. She was so patient with the situation. Dr Heidi spent a couple ours with us. I can't say enough about the Vets. They are amazing. Just wish the rest of the staff would stay longer. Got close 2 a couple techs that went on to do bigger and better things.
