Great dining experience last night at the restaurant. Very many meat options but also great for seafood. Definitely recommend, you will be well taken care of. Noise level in the restaurant gets a little on the high end in case you want a quiet experience.

If you are looking for a home away from home and spectacular customer service, then this is the place for you.
The rooms are large and immaculate with personal touches. The checkin process is fast and very efficient and the warm welcome starts the moment you arrive.

I was fortunate enough to communicate with Justine and she is really wonderful. She even arranged for an Easter gift to be placed in the room for my children along with my favorite shower steamers scented with lavender. She exceeded my expectations and is a joy to speak with!

This Four Seasons is truly a 5-Star experience. The staff are eager to help and really seem to enjoy providing next-level service. They do all the little things that elevate a great property to the next level that only real 5-Star hotels and resorts provide.

Little extras were things like offering me a cold bottle of water and towel for sweat when I returned from a run, folding the dirty clothes I left in a pile (feel a little guilty about that), and turning one awkward moment into a chance to shine--creating a fun and unexpected memory/experience and something my wife and I will never forget.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to make their guests feel special and taken care. You do not have to think when you stay here, you just enjoy the gorgeous hotel, restaurant, spa, lobby, room, gym and surrounding neighborhood. We stayed for my Birthday and was greeted in the room with the most amazing surprise cake and champagne. Enjoyed drinks and the most amazing french fries I have ever eaten at Bourbon Steak. The room was spotless, comfortable and had the best water pressure in the shower. The bed was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about all of the staff we encountered on this trip, I hope they receive the compliment that their hard work shows in their dedication to guests. The only problem is when it's time to leave and you have to snap back to reality outside of the Four Seasons. I will be making this annual tradition to do a weekend here for my Birthday. Highly recommend this hotel for an amazing weekend! Thank you!!

The Four Seasons in Georgetown provided an exceptional blend of luxury and historical charm. Its prime location in the vibrant Georgetown neighborhood and luxurious amenities, including a spa and indoor pool, made my stay memorable. Visiting in mid-January, I enjoyed the post-holiday atmosphere of the city. I am keen to revisit and explore luxurious offerings for collaborative events and partnerships at this prestigious location.

We had birthday lunch here and it was wonderful serving outstanding location just right and food perfectly season and cooked. Christmas decorations from lobby to hostess desk Flawless. Sorry didn't rate room cause we didn't stay in the hotel, but did enjoy that restaurant.

Met for dinner and drinks with friends. Beautiful Christmas decorations this time of year and a wonderful atmosphere. Our server was extremely attentive and very personable.

We had a fantastic stay for a week and were so well looked after. The suite was large, comfortable and beautiful furnished. The staff was amazing. A problem was resolved without delay or any issues. There was a car to take us to see the sites and the hotel is convenient for the metro too. Georgetown is a great neighbourhood for eating and drinking, which is an added bonus.

The hotel staff are amazing. Friendly, preternaturally competent, and welcoming. I didn't take advantage of the spa or gym during this short trip, but they seemed very well equipped. The in-room service (linens, housekeeping) was flawless, and we were constantly discovering small details that further emphasized their care and attention to detail. Very, very impressive.

The Four Seasons DC team doesn’t just preach their culture, they live it, every day. From the GM of the hotel to maintenance, there are smiles of good nature all around. Even when handling the most difficult of situations, smiles and positivity are at the base of their nature. This property loves what they do, that’s why you run into these 20 and 30+ year employees. Find a happier property, and they will prove you wrong. It truly is home away from home.

We went here for their Sunday brunch. It's extravagant, everything tastes amazing, there are a zillion different options (for everyone from my carnivorous child to my vegan mother-in-law), and the service deserves SIX stars. It's $$$ per person, but for a special occasion it's unbeatable. 2023 update: still absolutely stellar!

I’ve stayed at the Four Seasons a number of times now and appreciate it more and more each time I return.

The staff are extremely professional and competent yet friendly - our server - the lovely Abdul - at breakfast today recognized me and offered me a coffee having remembered exactly how I have it… it’s like coming home.

The bedrooms are beautiful, the bed is the most comfortable I’ve slept in, great air con that doesn’t make you feel like you have to choose between boiling hot and freezing cold. Lots of space and the interiors blend cool colours with cozy fabrics and furnishings, as well as super high threadcount bedlinen.

There are lovely touches, with complimentary loan of yoga mats, white noise machines, etc. and items such as bath salts are swiftly brought on request.

The cleaning team often leave little touches like cable tidies and cleaning clothes which always come in handy.

A new service is complimentary shoe cleaning, which is completed overnight, with shoes returned in a basket outside your door by early morning.

It seems they have switched to the large pump dispensers of products rather than the small travel sized containers in the beautifully appointed bathrooms, which I really appreciate as far more environmentally friendly and the dyptique products smell amazing.

All in all, a really fantastic hotel. The service is next level and the staff are just incredible - they make the Four Seasons.

We had a wonderful stay at the four seasons in Georgetown. Washington DC. The rooms were beautiful very clean. The staff was very nice kind I’m very attentive. I look forward to going to DC so I can stay at this wonderful hotel. We were there for only one week and they make you feel like they know you forever. Thank you for seasons I’m going to be back to see you soon.

Oliver was incredible! He went above and beyond and truly made our special weekend. I love the Four Seasons because of their level of customer service and this is just another reminder how incredible their team is. This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Georgetown within walking distance to so many great locations. The hotel spa is wonderful. The restaurant and high tea are fantastic. We will absolutely be back and thank you again Oliver for being so kind and making us feel right at home.

Dinner at Bourbon Steak. Always exceptional. And the walk through the lobby of the Georgetown Four Seasons never disappoints!

The food was delicious, and the service was flawless. Brunch at the Four Seasons is a must do. Plus, it was relaxing. It wasn't crowded. I really enjoyed the day.

Monte from "Say Yes to the Dress" was also dining there. My guest was thrilled! He was gracious and took a picture with her.
