Tuckernuck Store

We visited on a Saturday morning and absolutely enjoyed our time in the shop and with the sales girls. The shop is quaint and decorated just as I would envision the website translating in real life. Shout out to Kathleen who was so kind in assisting me with finding styles that worked for me. 10/10 experience. The shop girls even provided excellent lunch recommendations as my mom & I were visiting from out of state. So glad we made the journey, and now I feel even more confident with my online purchases with Tuckernuck.

Haley B in the store was awesome. She went over and beyond to try to help me and provided excellent customer service. I was looking for the Jamie feather dress, and she went out of her way to ensure that it would get to me in time. I’m not sure if UPS will deliver it when I need it but Haley did everything she could to make sure that I would get it. So thankful for her!

Can't say enough great things about this brand and the in store shopping experience. The style & quality is perfection but more than that the customer service is above and beyond. I had a in store return but no longer had the receipt. The ladies were so helpful and understanding. They helped find my purchase information and accepted the return way past normal store policies. When I lived in DC a few years ago, this was one of my go to spots for timeless pieces and outstanding customer service. It is still a must when I am visiting and not to mention their online store is exceptional! Highly recommend to all my friends and love supporting a local business. 5 stars all around!

Absolutely love this store! Everything about the shopping experience is amazing from the friendly and helpful employees to the beautiful merchandising and high quality clothing. Tuckernuck is the epitome of class, from their chic clothing to all of the employees they hire. They are always willing to go above and beyond for their clientele. I would 100% recommend. I will continue being a returning customer for the foreseeable future.

Shop small, support local businesses!

Tuckernuck is absolutely my favorite place to shop. The buyers clearly put a lot of thought and energy into selecting the brands and styles that they carry. When I check their new arrivals, I know I am going to see something I love. Additionally, everything they sell is great quality so even though I am buying online I know the products will be well made. Their size guides/comments are some of the most helpful I have seen because they do them specific for each brand. They also have amazing customer service, and free shipping and returns!

Tuckernuck is my favorite place to shop online. Their shopping experience takes the best aspects of major online retailers (free shipping, great assortment, great sale section), but adds a personalized touch to the customer experience. Not to mention their assortment "niche" brands that you can only find at the best, most stylish local boutiques!

I also love their monogram-able products - they make for such thoughtful gifts!

I love being able to pop in the Tuckernuck store in Georgetown. The staff is great and very welcoming. They are so helpful suggesting styles and pulling sizes.

Ordered my Canada Goose Trillium here and I had discount applied with free shipping! Love the service as I chose to do 2-3 shipping with confirmation since I got heavily discounted I decided what !the heck. Love it! Definitely will come back time to time to check out their inventory!
