Was a little scared to go rent cause of the 3 star review. I wanna give them a 5 star because the person behind the counter was so friendly and informative. Will def come back to this location.

I have rented car trailers 3 times from this location in the last 2 years. Every time-the folks behind the counter are great, the gentleman that helps to load the trailer onto the car is polite and helpful and the drop-offs are a breeze. The trailers are in great condition and tow better than any that I have ever used. Keep up the good work!

For truck rental, this location has not let me down, after using it a few times in the last several years. I scheduled a truck in mid March for a move April 22nd. I had to change my pickup time, which I thought worked flawlessly. When I arrived to pick up my truck with the 24/7 truckshare though, it stated my reservation had been cancelled. The location was open at the time, so I had to stand in line and wait to get to the counter. The gentleman that helped me out Saturday morning, April 22nd around 9am got me back to getting a 15 foot truck and all the tools I needed in no time, completely preventing a moving disaster. I wish I had gotten his name, but due to the stress of a supposed cancelled truck and moving I didn't pay close enough attention.

The lot Attendent Dylan was a great help! Just needed some Propane, they were busy so it did take some time. Totally understandable. He was super apologetic and this young man knows good customer service. We need more young men like him

Seems the location may either be understaffed or someone didn't show up... HOWEVER, Diana at the front desk was KILLING it. Even trouble shooting on the fly some unique situations with a few customers. Thanks.

Id rate this less but i cant. The bad experiences ive had here are far outweighed by the customer service tyler gave. He was always all smiles. Explained everything in depth when asked. He is the first person beside me to ever hook a trailer to a truck i own. I am very particular as to how they are hooked up for saftey reasons considdering some of the things i pull. I would let him hook any trailer to any of my trucks without double checking them myself any time. As for the equipment. The car hauler worked great for the small car it pulled. Was very glad he was there when i dropped it back off. Fantastic customer service kind of a waste him working the yard!

I have rented a few things from this location, both trailers and light trucks. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. The first time I rented a trailer i had some problems with lighting, the person helping me (cannot remember his name) was great in getting the connection fixed and working.

Needed a larger truck in the last minute-staff was very accommodating and curtious. We were given a brand new vehicle for our 1800 mike trip. Check out was quick-best experience with uhaul yet. Well done West Allis!

First time ever renting a trailer through Uhual and I must say my experience here was top notch. Lola has such great customer service and was such a nice person!

I use Uhaul for all my moving needs. I have never had any major issues with the equipment and or staff. Old management was the best and that is why they were promoted. The new management gets the job done. I will continue to use uhaul and this location.

Large and easy to find U-haul rental site with competent and helpful staff and a large selection of various shipping, packing, and moving supplies. The parking lot is a bit difficult to navigate, but not prohibitively so. They have a nice selection of vehicles and equipment for rent and also provide options for storage onsite. I would go back here.

Jose and Bill saved my day! from that horrid mobile checkin. It's still too new. Don't be the Guinea pig that fumbles on the dark freezing at an odd hour of the day hoping some stranger on chat approves your photo so you can get the truck they promise you will be easy to get with a virtual checkin. Jose found me at 7am and corrected everything in a heartbeat. Bill forgave me for the mud I tracked in on the drivers side upon return. Cherish your fellow humans before artificial intelligence swallpws us all.

Great service from Antony and Christine! Very affordable trailer rentals! In and out service and you can drop the trailer off after hours! I would highly recommend this Uhaul location to anyone in the area.

So helpful and friendly! Abel Wallace took a lot of time to help me get the correct packing material for what I needed and helped me carry everything to my car. 5 star service here!
