The location is great, but the strip mall is located tucked a little ways back, so you can't readily see it while driving on Howell. It is right next to Goodwill and behind Taco Bell.

They don't use harsh chemicals, and all their products are organic.

The experience is pretty much the same as all the other dry cleaners' I've been to - not phenomenal, but not bad either. Though being Korean myself, speaking with the owner (father) in Korean probably made the experience better for me (there's a certain camaraderie among same language speakers hehe).

The owner also greeted many customers by name as they came in - you could see there were a lot of regulars, which is always a plus.

This is an amazing family owned dry clean. The father and son have the best customer service. I took my wedding dress to get pressed and they even helped me take it to the car, in order to prevent wrinkling. Extremely quick, attentive to detail, and affordable.

I love Han’s they always take care of me and get me right in a timely fashion. They also make sure all my clothes are cleaned and ironed to perfection. Thank you guys for the amazing service.

Absolutely great experience here. Brought the same blanket up twice, once with a stain from a dog bone and once when the puppy wasn't feeling well and had an accident on the blanket. Honestly didn't expect the blanket to be salvageable after the second one, its a furry white blanket, but they got the stains out without any issue.

Timely, fair prices, and great work, no complaints at all. I don't need dry cleaning often but I can guarantee that I'll always be using Han's for sure.

No problems here. The price was on the ticket he gave me so I knew what the total was before I left. Came in at 2pm Thursday and picked up Saturday morning. Shirts and suits clean and pressed.

Customer service is great! Arrived with two 3-piece suits to be cleaned for a ad-hoc photoshoot for a new job. They worked with me to get my suits cleaned in plenty of time! Great willingness to step up and go the extra mile for the customer. Fyi....they do have a seamstress service as well.

Hans cleaners saved Prom! My daughter got liquid foundation on her prom dress the day before prom!!! We didn’t have a backup dress. Hans cleaners got the stain out and saved the day!!

Peter is phenomenal! I arrived in Milwaukee this morning from Dallas. I’m in a wedding tomorrow. My local cleaners took 4 days and got none of my suit or shirts done. Peter called his dad and got them to get both of my shirts and suits cleaned by my rehearsal dinner for tonight. Amazing customer service. Love that Wisconsin Spirit!

I’ve been to 3 cleaners to try to get the zipper on my favorite leather jacket fixed and no one could do it. Passed by Han’s and asked if they could do it. They said they’d try but couldn’t guarantee anything. The next day they called me and they were able to do it! They used a zipper from one of the pockets and put a generic zipper on the pocket one so it looks like the main zipper was the factory one. Brilliant idea and very reasonably priced!

Service was top notch. A really old guy named Steve was polite and very knowledgeable about clothing. He was dressed like a former boy band member, but he's there to clean clothes not model then I suppose. My garments were perfectly done. It's the only place I take my vast wardrobe of silks and leathers anymore. I also take my dogs sweaters here, because they deserve high quality clean garments also.

I've been going to Hans Cleaners for years and they always provide great service. They will go above and behind to ensure I am satisfied with the end results. They also provide fast service and is very accommodating. The staff there is super friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommended for the Oak Creek, Franklin, and South Milwaukee area. You will not find better prices and quality elsewhere.

I took five tops into Han's after mistakenly putting them in the dryer with an ink pen. These tops had little drops of dried black ink everywhere! I tried taking the tops to two other dry cleaners closer to my house, but both places did not even attempt to get the ink out and said that I'd be better off throwing the tops out. I then went to Han's and the staff was incredibly nice and enthusiastically took my tops saying they'd give it a shot. I got my tops back and all the ink is gone! Han's did an incredible job and I am beyond happy with the service they provided me. I will now be going to Han's for all my dry cleaning needs.

I’ve been going to Han’s for about 3 years now and everytime I go it’s been a pleasant experience! Very professional, family run business. Our business uses them to get our uniforms cleaned once a week and they always get them done on time and efficiently. I recommend them to anyone needing their clothes dry cleaned!

My favorite place to drop off my dedicates. I live in Racine and work on the north side of Milwaukee, so a stop in Oak Creek is very doable. Only a couple minutes from the freeway, and always wonderful service. Can't beat supporting a family owned business that appreciates its customers.

This place is great. They routinely accommodate me with speedy, reliable, and affordable service. The owners and their staff are very friendly and get to know their regulars by name. They have put a new point of sale system in that greets you "good morning" and has drastically reduced the time needed to drop off or pick up an order. Been going there for 10 years. Service has never been better.
