Recently had some work done. A few sensors were setting on my check engine light. Got that fixed but my ignition switch was going out so my car died the next day after picking it up. They gave me away of fixing it without charging. Honest people.

These guys always get it done and cheaper if possible. Once you have a relationship it goes easy and you can get your car in faster. Unusual to find this kind of loyalty to customers these days.

I have taken my car here maybe 3-4 times as a UW-Milwaukee student. I strongly recommend this place to any student in the area looking for a quality body shop to take care of your needs. They always respond in a professional and timely manner. I just recently dropped my car off for an oil change. When I came to pick it up there was snow on my car. One of their workers came out to help clear the snow. I thought that was a nice little gesture that he did not have to do. Thanks Shorewood Auto!

I’ve been coming to Shorewood Auto since I first moved to MKE 10 years ago. I’ve had my fair share of bad luck with cars and they’ve always been up front on what things are going to cost and if it’s even worth doing on my (previous hunks of junk) cars.
Now that I have a car that’s not a beater Ive had to do fairly moderate maintenance on it. They are reasonable and explain everything that needs to be done and why.
We initially thought the entire exhaust had to go, but they salvaged what they could while not compromising on quality or safety.
As a 20-something woman, it’s refreshing to have a reliable mechanic that treats me with respect. It’s the only place I’ll trust with my car in Wisconsin.
Ive never been steered wrong (pun intended) here.
They’re a small shop with a truly remarkable team. Service has stayed consistent, honest and kind.

I just wanted to say thanks to Jack and the team at Shorewood Auto repair. I had an emergency situation where I had to be back at home tonight and the team was able to squeeze us in to get the repair done quickly. I had tried calling a dozen other auto repair companies and Shorewood Auto Repairs were the only ones saying to bring it in and they will do what ever they can to get me back on the road today. I was very pleased with the service I received! I was able to call to make an appointment the next day, and they were very straight with me about what was wrong with my car. I was also pleasantly surprised at their prices. I have recommended this business to coworkers and they all feel the same. I will be taking my car here in the future if it needs any work!

Great service! Friendly staff. Did a great job installing my catalytic converter and working with my insurance company. Rick and Keith kept me updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend Shorewood Auto.

Keith and his crew are awesome people. They're committed to getting to the root of your car/truck issues and they're very honest. If there's something that needs fixing but can wait, they'll tell you just that. Because things are slow because of the virus going around, they had to keep my truck longer than usual. Keith knew I needed transportation for work so he offered me a loaner vehicle! Now what auto shop you know does that? Great, quality work! I will no longer go to any other shop again!

I brought my car in because it was shaking back and forth at higher speeds and had smoke coming out of the front driver tire. They managed to get me in within two days of calling, and had the problem fixed in a day. They were also able to fix the problem (misaligned tires & lubricate the brakes) for under $100, which is by far the smallest bill I've ever had on an automobile. I told them about other issues with the car I wasn't worried about, and they were able to quickly pinpoint the issues I was worried about. Highly recommend this auto shop.

I would highly recommend Shorewood Auto Repair. Keith was very friendly, honest and personable-I got a free estimate and when he gave me the results and realized that the repair would be costly at his own shop, he was honest and gave me the phone number for another place that he had already discussed my car with. Not many people/places would do that-I truly appreciated that he would go out of his way to save a customer money like that. Definitely coming back next time I need an oil change or have any other issues with my car!

Been coming here for years. Always quick with the service and great customer service as well. Prices are also very reasonable. Took my car in for an oil change and to fix my left blinker at 0700 and got it back by 1200. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Shorewood area.

Every time I have been here everybody has been helpful, polite, and honest, on top of doing an excellent job. They don't promote unnecessary jobs -- they just tell you if something is worth doing or not. You won't find a better place on the East Side.

Absolutely hands down one of the best shops I’ve ever been to!! They took my truck right in got the job done in a timely manner and was straight up with me about what was needed, could wait, and was all good! Would recommend them to everyone. My girl also had her car worked on as well and said she was treated very well and her car runs better than ever. Thank you guys for being awesome

So glad they do emissions testing by appointment! It's easy and convenient! Plus I'd rather have my trusted mechanics handling anything with my car than driving anywhere else!

I have been going to Shorewood Auto for the past few years for regular maintenance. This past year they have been a life saver for me from helping patch up a hole in my tire, replacing a blown tire and a broken side mirror. They are always able to get me scheduled for an appointment and answer all of my questions. When picking up my car, they make sure to clearly explain what was done as well as the charges. Highly recommend this great group of trustworthy mechanics.

During a busy day at work and extremely cold weather, I noticed oil leaking from my car when I moved parking spots. I had an orientation at work I could not miss later in the afternoon. I called Shorewood Auto Repair, they scheduled an appointment for me right away. I brought in my car, I received immediate care. They thoroughly explained the problem and the cost to fix it. The cost was very reasonable and the service was excellent. I was able to get my car repaired and get to all my appointments that same day. As a working mom, I am so grateful to have an honest, reliable car service center nearby. I recommend Shorewood Auto Repair to my family and friends.

After having a leak checked on my vehicle I rode my bike to pick it up. After being told there was no cost to me for the repair on the oil leak, I tried to get my bike in my trunk. One of my releases on my back seat failed and the man at the counter spent 30 mins of his time trying to fix it for me so I could take my bike home. He succeeded of course. This place is great!
