I'd give them a solid 4 stars. I had some initial troubles setting up my insurance, but it was more the underwriter requesting extensive documentation. I worked with Ellen Potter and she was always extremely polite & responsive. I made the switch because of a competitive quote they offered & for the fact they seem to care about connecting with their clients, keeping them informed/updated.

Raising someone's house insurance by $400.00 when they had only two claims in at least 40 years of being a customer is shameful. So much for showing appreciation.
