Adam Altis American Family Insurance

I have been with Adam for some time and he is the best agent I have had. My old agents were just one and done salesmen who would just try to get me into as many products as they can. At most I would receive a Christmas card out that they send to everyone. Adam has held a lot of fun events at his office, like santa, packer player autographs, face painting etc. He really seems to care about his clients and likes to do things for them. He also has not approached me about new products everytime we talk. I like to refer all of my friends to him because I feel good knowing that he will treat them the way he has treated me over the years. Keep up the good work young man!

Great Agent! I recieved a ton of different quotes when I was shopping around, and Adam was the only one that actually took the time to expalin what I was buying. Turns out i had really bad coverage and had no idea! Very in depth, easy to talk to and always available to talk. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I would highly recommend Adam Altis and American Family Insurance. I was not very happy with my pervious insurance agent or company because I could never get a hold of anyone there, so I was looking to switch. Adam gave me a quote on my home and auto, not only did he save me money but he explained why I needed certain coverage, so I switched everything over to him and could not be happier with the level of service I have recieved.

Had a time sensitive matter and kept calling multiple days in a row trying to reach the office. Kept getting generic voicemail and put through to the automated service which then bounced me back to their answering machine. Not easy to get a hold of when needed.

So far I just called the office but I have not been returned to call for an estimate or if they carry an SR22 some people don't know what an SR22 is sometimes the court will have you lose your license for not getting your emissions passed not getting parking tickets paid you need to know what insurance companies except an SR22 or you lose your license
