Prime Dental is always polite, courteous and professional. Dr A is tops and the work is incredible. Worth every penny and I spent a lot of them. I have recommended this place to all of my friends especially those that may need the same kind of implants that I got. People have no idea I even have dentures—which speaks for itself. I will gladly keep giving them business as they seem to appreciate mine!

My experience with Prime Dentistry left me amazed. The staff is fantastic. Everyone is patient and takes the time to explain . This starts from the very first contact by phone to the explanation of treatment and insurance benefit coverage to the dentists who make sure you understand treatment. Kristal, the front desk manager was knowledgeable regarding my out of state insurance coverage and was patient with my questions. I recommend Prime Dentistry, they are the best.

I am not the current patient at Prime Dentistry, but I am in the area to spend the holidays with my parents. My crown came off on Friday before the holidays. I called several dentist offices in the Villages area, but no one was able to take me. My dad told me to call his dentist’s office and the staff was so wonderful and able to get me an appointment within a couple of hours of my call. Both staff and the doctor were so nice and are so understanding on the urgency. I truly appreciate the professionalism of everyone at the Prime Dentistry. In couple of years I will be retired and move to the area, and I am so happy to find my dentist in advance. Highly recommended the Prime Dentistry for all your dental needs.

I love my dental hygienist. She is amazing and I always leave happy with the work she's done every single time. Even the ladies at the front desk are always so nice and welcoming. They are all amazing.

I have been a patient here for over a year and have been very pleased. My dental surgery and implants went very well. The entire staff is always professional and very respectful. My husband and I are now coming for our followup care and are treated well each and every encounter.

My appointment was scheduled and was in within two minutes of my appointment time. The assistant , I believe her name was Ashley, took the x-rays and she was so friendly and professional. The doctor that came in was also professional and nice and didn’t tell me I needed a ton of work. That was the first going to a dentist. I think I’m going to love it here.
My cleaning is for next week and my insured covers it. So far, I’m thrilled

I had an emergency with throbbing tooth pain and they stayed open late to take me in. They got me the drugs I needed and then the next day they helped me find the specialist I needed who would take my insurance and give me a fast appointment. Everyone was friendly, kind and gentle. As a first time patient, I felt like I’ve been going there all my life! They’ll have all my dental care now!

My appointment was for a cleaning, 1 of 3 every year. It was professionally performed with X-rays and fluoride treatment. The experience was again a delight and ended with a nice gift package. I highly recommend this service.

Just had my first visit and it was all very positive. Everything is modern and up to date…the dentist was very nice but thorough and absolutely never tried to push anything extra on me. The hygienist, Vickie, gave me a wonderful cleaning plus some good tips!!

Prime Denistry is the best dental office I've ever.been treated by. The dentists and staff are very friendly, organized, have a wealth of knowledge. I'm no different than anyone else who has had bad experiences in the past. The entire staff here calms you down and makes you feel like you are their only patient. And they really try to make you as comfortable as they possibly can. I highly recommend Prime Dentistry for all your dental needs including dentures.

I had my teeth cleaned by their hygienist, Kat. She was very thorough and also gave me some very good advice and keeping my teeth healthy. I will definitely keep going back to this business. Each of my appointments were on time and by friendly and efficient staff.

Office mgr extremely helpful when we were looking for insurance. My company dropped all retiree insurance and I never had to worry. She explained my choices and helped us make a decision. Appointment today was efficient, personable and dentist knowledgeable. Fantastic experience.

Everyone was very friendly, hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr evaluated me and gave me options for my chipped tooth. They even called me when an earlier appointment became available !!

Very professional and great experience. All staff very polite. That was my first visit. Will be back in 6mos. Dr . explained options of bridge or implants. He's very interested in you as a patient.

Everyone was excellent! So kind and helpful, the Dentist was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. Kat, the dental hygienist was also very pleasant, explained everything and did a great job of cleaning my teeth. I was impressed.

Prime Dentistry responded to my call for help with some temporary bridgework that had been done by another dentist in NY. It kept falling out. I was so pleased with Prime's replacement bridge that I changed Dentists. Prime is working now on my permanent bridge.

I don't like most dental offices because at times I feel like i'm at a car dealership. There is no high pressure here, they clearly explain your options and then respect your decision. They have an extraordinary hygienist Kat, she is very gentle, informative, unrushed and has 30+ years experience, I highly recommend.

Fabulous! My hygienist, Vicky was more than I could ever have imagined! Gentle, personable… The tech lady was a perfectionist! Didn’t get her name 😢 Absolutely lovely! Krystal and staff always amazing!
