Parking Meter Department

This place is missing up peoples small business! The big businesses have free parking. I ran inside for 1 minute and they must just wait outside to give people tickets! Now I will never go back! Sorry upper darby businesses you lost all my business because of this! Make the rich richer and the poor poorer! Great job helping the little business loss business!

The department does not have online parking pass purchase/renewal service - it has been down for months!
They are open only 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on weekdays which is very inconvenient for people who are working. They also don't have a self-service booth like we have in train stations.
So, if you intend to pay at the parking meters, you need a whole bunch of quarters. Otherwise you have to take time off from work and lose pay to get a "park card"!
To add to the people's frustration, they come around on some weekends and stick parking tickets!!!

They only ever decide to give tickets out once a month so everyone who constantly is illegally parked outside my building keep doing it and taking yo the parking spots for residents and members of the community
