Philadelphia County Assistance Office Delancey District

Sorry for your unpleasant interaction with the DeLancey district employees, however, I had the pleasure of talking to Mr. Austin in regards to lie heat although I was an eligible at this time I wasn’t disappointing because he was so professional and so kind and so easy to talk to. Thank you Mr. Austin.

Had a very enjoyable experience during my first visit today. It does take awhile to be seen after you check-in at the welcome desk, but once they have you sitting down at their desk, they are very quick about getting you going and working again.

I was at the Elmwood district office today and I use the compass computers because I needed to apply for and whoever the guard is that was on duty on July 6th 2018 at 3 p.m. Was the most helpful person that I've ever encountered in that office. He was very kind polite courteous couldn't have been a more helpful person he should be one of the people that works behind the desk that actually probably gets paid more than he does but he definitely deserves accolades for what he helped me with today. I didn't notice the name tag and I didn't want to invade his privacy but if by chance anyone sees this and knows who he is direct him to this comment on Google because I really appreciate everything that he did for me today even when he reprimands at me for using my cell phone because I didn't see the signs but I didn't know that I could have done something a different way rather than using my cell phone in the office. When he approached me about the cell phone that normally some other security officials can get in a variety of places he's definitely a people person and I know I'm repeating myself but I had great interaction with him. And I hope he gets to see this comment and I will find a way to put a comment in on the county assistance website or wherever you can put in commendations about exceptional employees and that's why I gave this office a four-star rating today because of this guard they deserve it and only because of this security guard any other any other time I've gone into this office for some type of information or help I have received nothing that is of any substance. Thank mr. Mr. security guard at the Elmwood County District Assistance Office 😁😁😁😁
