I Want to start by saying that this is my first experience with Elite, I don't know them. I just stumbled across them while searching for a knee scooter to rent or buy. I'm glad I found them!

I had a bad gout flare-up and I found Elite on Google. They have a chat feature through text that was absolutely perfect because I was trying to get discharged from the hospital at the same time.

They were very helpful in the chat and gave me all the info I needed and then when it was time to call (I wanted to make sure it was no problem to send my wife.) It took 2 seconds to set it all up! Well Done Matt!

That's not all! I had an issue on the last day and they accommodated my issue without hesitation and it helped us immensely!
I will tell anybody who will listen to use Elite medical supply and I know where I'm going if I ever have to rent or buy medical supplies or equipment.

Elite as very fast getting me my boot for my torn calf muscle. Soon as they received the prescription they called me and my boot was ready to be picked up! I highly recommend them!

Elite Medical Supply delivered a hospital bed with a Bariatic Low Air Loss Mattress to us and it saved our lives! Their customer service is incredible. They are fast, responsive, helpful and so nice.My husband is recovering from back surgery and we needed a bed immediately. They were there for us the same day and helped with the adjustments we needed. They even helped put together a shower chair that we didn’t buy from them!! They were all very professional, responsive and made sure that I was able to set up a room for my Father to come home to with less than 36 hours notice. We took my mom home from the hospital and she couldn’t get into her bed it was too high. We waited for three days for a prescription for a bed from her primary doctor and gave up. I called Elite late at night and nobody answered so i hung up. No more then five minutes later the owner called me and asked if i had just called. It was shocking to even have anyone call me back i had tried so many places with no response. He was our angel and took care of everything for us. He dropped a bed off the next day and ended up bringing us several other things (wheel chair) through our journey. Elite Medical Supply is amazing. Don’t hesitate to call them!!
