Girard's Service Center

Recently brought my car in because the engine light had come on. I explained the problem to them and they asked me some questions. They told me that because I had bought a couple of back to back tanks of premium gas this might be the problem. They suggested I go back to putting regular in and give that a try. Sure enough I put regular in and the engine light went out and hasn’t come back on since. Girard’s could have said yea we can hook it up and run costly diagnostic tests but they didn’t. They were honest and helped me out with an easy fix. I would recommend Girards to all my family and friends. They are terrific people. And now a days finding a gem like Girards can be hard!! They are the best

Their customer service was 100%, very nice guy and understanding. I needed my air conditioning fixed was getting no cold air they said i had a small leak but not to bad were I need to replace it yet so we recharged it, i work in my car so air conditioning is very important. Most places see a woman and over charge or say you need this and that but they didn't treat me like that. Got my jeep back same day. One shop quoted me $600, here was $250 but was charged $220. I was recommended to them and would recommend them also.

I unfortunately had to go back do to my abs, 4WD and traction keeped going off turns out it was both of my back wheel barrings one side was completely rusted through other almost. I decided to just get both done. They got it done same day, super friendly again great customer service also offered to stay later so I could pick up my car but I was already pulling up. Price was not as bad as I thought it would be. Once again recommend.

I took my car here for an oil change, and was really happy with the job being well done. I brought my car back a week later for an overall safety check, and am so thankful that the mechanic, Jeff was completely honest with me, in showing me what was wrong with the vehicle, and in need of a serious repair(s), and at the same time, didn't try to sell me unneeded parts & repairs. I had a few major repairs done to my vehicle by Jeff, and not only does my car now drive like new again, but is definitely safe again, and the cost was very fair in my opinion. Everyone at this garage is very kind, professional, and cares about the customer's safety and satisfaction. I definitely recommend this garage above all others.

They do a good job. Generally very thorough and I've never felt mislead. They aren't the cheapest around, but they aren't as bad as the dealer. I've had numerous things done with several different vehicles. They are a lot easier to get service with than the franchise places.

This place was so great to work with! I called Girard's due to an issue with my brakes since several friends recommended it to me. I had left a voicemail in the evening past business hours and they called me back around 8:30am the next day to set up a time for me to come in. They let me know how much it would cost to check out the brakes and what the issues might be. I was able to bring my car in the next day. They checked the brakes out, explained exactly what the issue was to me, and asked if the price was okay for me before moving forward with fixing them. They ordered the parts right away and finished the job by the end of the day. Everyone I spoke with here was very accommodating, patient, explained things in terms I could understand, and were very nice. I will definitely be coming here again if I have any other car issues!

Girard's is reliable every time. Reasonable, honest, and skilled. Even though I moved into town, I still go out of my way to them, rather than chance it. I've even recommended them to several young people I know, who also had great experiences. I judge car places by the way they treat people who may not "know" car places. Girard's never takes advantage and always gives great service. They will also flat out tell you when a repair isn't worth it. That is class.

I received exceptional customer service from Jeff at Girard's. I was worried because AAA dropped my car there. I was not disappointed. He explained everything called several times with status updates. He truly provided outstanding customer service. Thank you Jeff!

I called and scheduled an appointment in several days to have the tires replaced on my car. The gentleman on the phone was professional. They called the next day to inform me that after consulting with the owner and tech that they would not be able to service my vehicle due to the low ground clearance on my Tesla Model 3. I am very pleased that they called me ahead and did their checking before I showed up for my appointment.

Girards took great care of me when I had an unexpected flat. Their customer service was great and they made it easy to do business with them. From the moment I walked in with my problem they were focused on helping me get to a solution with the least possible obstacles. Wasn't just me either, during my wait I witnessed several other customers receive really friendly, clear communication from the service desk staff and show great appreciation for their overall service experiences.

I've been a customer at Girards for nearly twenty years and have always felt that I was treated well, and received great service at a good price. They are my go to place for auto service and repair. I recently needed rear brakes, very badly, the guys at Girards were great. Squeezed me in on a Saturday morning so I wouldn't have to take off from work. I really appreciated how they went out of their way to make sure I was driving a safe vehicle.

Great place to take your car for repairs. They are very honest and won't rip you off. Good mechanics I've never had a bad experience there and been going there for years. Give them a try!

My husband and I recently moved to the Oak Creek area and soon after had some car troubles. For years, my dad has done repairs for me but we figured it'd be best to try and find a shop we could trust. We've been to Girards three times now and loved it. All three times, we've called at 6am the day of and they had repairs done by the time we were done with work. They are fair-priced (comparing to other shops and online research), extremely friendly, very accessible, responsive and they even have a rewards program. I got my brakes and rotors replaced and upon picking it up, they had an envelope with a rebate and all the UPCs waiting for me. Just got my $30 rebate check in the mail on Saturday! To take the time to research what was needed and cut them out from the box was above and beyond what was required of them. They could've tossed it and I'd never be the wiser. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to stick with for the long haul.

I walked in due to my brakes having a screeching noise after, I replaced my brake pads and rotors myself. I was impressed when I was told the shop only replaced pads and rotors as a set and that it would be more beneficial/save me $400 if I replaced the pads myself instead of a full brake job. Most mechanics make me feel they’re looking to make every dime off me. This one is a straight shooter and I’ll be back in the future.

Girards was a Mobile station pumping gas when I first started going there in the late 70's. I have been going there ever since and have referred many of my friends and family. In all these years they have never disappointed me. I am impressed with their responsiveness and diligence in diagnosing and repairing what is needed..... and always doing only what is needed. Chad is continuing what Frank and Jerry started. I don't know that I have ever done business with anyone as long as I have with Girards Service. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic service and quality. I have taken several vehicles, both domestic and import to Girard's and they have given excellent repairs quickly and professionally. The service is friendly and straight forward with repairs. I recommend them very highly.

Called on a Monday morning. Worked on my car the SAME day. Checked my brakes and told me EXACTLY what was going on. Fixed the SAME day. Not one of those chain garages...those garages don't offer this kind of service. Did not even charge me for looking into another small problem

I love Girards. My oil changes are done while I wait. If I have a different situation that needs to be taken care of - it is taken care of while I wait. The solution to the problem is explained so that anyone can understand.

These guys are great. They provided regular updates as to what was going on with repairs, and any time there might be a delay they let me know right away. The transparency was great. Highly recommend.
