Recently had Rozga out for a water heater replacement for a defective unit. They rescheduled their Monday to replace my water heater first thing in the morning. From ownership down, big thank you to Sam, Bryan, Eric and Evan. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. You don't see customer service like this much anymore. They really do care about the customer.

Had a great experience from start to finish! Sam & the team at Rozga came thru big time with a critical drain fix & did it fast and efficient! I was really impressed with Ray who was the tech that did all the work! He was timely, courteous and very knowledgeable with his work. He took care with our property & got the fix done with precision! No question, I would use Rozga again for all our plumbing needs!

Wow! Great work, great price and a thorough job well done! Arnie took care of us with not only helping us to understand what he proposed to do but did excellent work throughout the project. After the job was done he cleaned up everything and we were left with nothing but all new plumbing that looks a whole lot better then the old rusted iron pipe that he replaced. Now everything drains perfectly. Thanks Rozga and Arnie!

Wonderful service! We had a troublesome bathtub faucet issue in our 1887 Victorian that another plumber couldn’t figure out. Eric came out and creatively fixed the issue less than 24 hours after we contacted Rozga. We will definitely use Rozga again in the future!

Ray and Evan came to redo some old cast iron drains, as well as repair/replace some old non code compliant drains. Ray had done previous service work at our property, and once again, presented himself in a very professional manner. He and Evan did an outstanding job replacing all the necessary piping, made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards, and took ample time showing my wife and I the work, and why it was done as it was to be to code. Both of them made sure all of our questions and any concerns we may have had were all addressed. They both arrived exactly on time like we were scheduled, and the overall cost fell right in the window we were quoted. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and detailed. We have nothing but good things to say about Rozga and their staff, including Angie, who scheduled our service, Bryan, our estimator, and the everyone involved in the project. Dan came to replace our sump pump. He was friendly. He answered all of our questions. When he was finished, he explained everything he did. There was no mess to clean up after he left. We will definitely use them for all of our plumbing needs. THANK YOU for being so easy to work with!

We had an emergency pop on a Sunday. Ray with Rozga was amazing. He was able to come out that afternoon and fix our problem right away. If it wasn't for him we would have had to stay over at a family members for a couple nights. He also was able to give us some ideas on what to do next. I am so happy I found Rozga plumbing for my water heater issue. They are top notch in every aspect. Not only were they OVER $1000 LESS than a previous quote I received, but they were also upfront with their pricing, providing a complete breakdown in their quote over the phone. They even offered a lower cost alternative instead of replacing the water heater since it was the power vent that was the primary issue. But since the water heater was going on 20 years, I decided to have it replaced. Dan did a phenomenal job and was friendly and professional. The final cost was on the lower end of their quote, and I could not be happier with the outcome. I am not an easy grader, so this compliment and review is well deserved.

We found ourselves with an emergency plumbing need on a Saturday night. Jason was at our house within the hour. He was upfront about the cost before he even came out. He was very professional and pleasant, very easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly. Fixed our issue and recommended future improvements without overselling or pressuring us. My wife and I own a 1928 Bungalow with many original features, plumbing included. I contacted Rozga on a Wednesday for a repair on our kitchen sink p-trap /waste connection and evaluation on a couple other concerns and was able to get them scheduled for the next day. Not only was it easy to discuss concerns and schedule with Rozga on the initial call back, but that only continued when Ray came to do do the work -- I feel like I hit the plumbing jackpot! Ray's work on the waste connection and p-trap was beautiful and likewise, he was incredibly helpful in diagnosing and evaluating the other concerns that I had. I am thrilled that I now have a plumbing contractor who excels at listening to my needs and suggesting best paths forward for (beautifully) maintaining the plumbing health of our happy home.

I have had Rozga Plumbing out for multiple jobs. Every single job was completed professionally with utmost excellence. Today; they installed a battery backup for my sump pump. It’s very nice to have the security in place to avoid terrible damage to my finished basement along with the furnace, water heater, washer and dryer. They are the very best!

We have used Rozga for a number of things in our house, most recently replacing our hot water heater. Arnold came in August to replace our garbage disposal and was extremely thorough. He was able to come again to replace the hot water heater and got right to work as he already knew what needed to be done. He also replaced our water shut-off valves and coordinated everything directly with the city. It is a great peace of mind knowing these expensive home improvements are done correctly and professionally. I would recommend Rozga to anyone looking for a plumber.

Seriously stop scrolling and just call them. They can do any plumbing job efficiently and professionally. We had them out for a few issues upstairs and a vanity install. Seamless, clean and professional. If they thought someone else could do a piece of the work we needed more cost-effectively, they referred it out. That was a first for me, honestly, as a home owner.

Recently, due to the snowstorm (more like slush by the Lake) we had flooding in our basement. A LOT in a very short time frame of a few hours. It flooded the entire finished and unfinished basement to the point where our carpet was floating. It was Friday night at 8-9 pm and we called EVERY plumber known to man after calling Rozga's answering service. Guess who called us back? Jason at Rozga. Guess who didn't? Every other plumber's answering service that promised they would. While Rozga couldn't come out that night, Jason walked us through trouble shooting our issue over the phone MULTIPLE times (including very late into the night) and got DPW to come out in the middle of the night (2 am) to shut off our water line when all else failed. I'd been trying various numbers for DPW but wasn't getting traction at all but Jason got it done within an hour by some miracle.

Next morning? Jason was out right away to try to assess the cause of the issue and got water running back out to the sewer and out of our basement. He explained everything in detail, showed us the issues and was as professional, patient and nice in person as he was over the phone the night before. Not sure how he did that on such little sleep talking to us through the night! He was also super considerate of the amount of money we were spending on "emergency" hours and fixed the immediate need so we could do the non-emergency stuff on regular hours. Who does that other than someone really nice?

I can't say enough wonderful things about Rozga in general (I'm sorry, I forgot the dispatchers name) and Jason. For regular needs like we've used them for and in times of crisis like yesterday and today they are really your dependable go-to.
