I've been an Allstate customer since 2010 and was upset when I seen how high my Premium increased to at renewal. I had 2 claims in the 13 years I had Allstate; 1 my fault and the other 1 not my fault. The last accident I had was in 2018, should have dropped of by now. I called Mike Brady Insurance Very Upset. This lady by the name of Stephanie answered the phone, she was very nice and geniune. She did her best to try and help me lower my premium without compromising the integrity of my policy. Although I feel like my premium is Still higher than what I want to pay, I have to say that, Stephanie provided amazing customer service. Finding someone passionate and caring like her is rare now a days. I will consider staying with Allstate because of how rare it is getting that level of care and understanding now of days. In the End, I had to apologize to her for taking my fustration out on her; she is a person too; I am practicing to think logical rather than reacting out of emotion; Also because I know it's not her fault why my Premium increased. I can sense how she have a good heart. I will still shop around to see if I can find a better price, but I will consider staying because she is a gem. Thank you Stephanie.
