These guys are the best, always ready to help with whatever I need. Can’t say how much I recommend this company!! Kevin is the man, thanks for everything.

I was a customer since 2006. The past employees gave me excellent customer service. Monica Aguado stood up for me. She knew I'm disabled and I needed some extra help. She called me about a roof inspection which would save me $600.00 on my insurance premium. She returned my voicemails. All of my policy was in order and nothing missing. My declaration page was there. My bills on time 2 months ahead. My bank was informed of my proof of insurance in time. The past 4 years UNACCEPTABLE IS WHAT ANOTHER INSURANCE AGENT TOLD ME. Also busy agencies let go older homes. 15 years of being their customer. NO. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
Bills were sent late and later.
Kevin Argott never responded to my concern.2018 my declaration page missing. Bank letter not sent in months for proof of insurance. 2019 missing pages and mailed sloppy in business envelope not in a
Manila envelope. 2020 I was just disgusted at the quote they sent me 3,277.77 for old roof 27 years.
2020 my premium increased 896.00.
I sent the check only 3277.77. And I refused to contact them.
I only called if there was a bill sent late, an error on
my policy or to arrange an inspection. At renewal time only, once a year. Their service was no longer competent or friendly in a very long time.
Since 2013 all I heard was my home is old. 50 years old. Rudy told me they don't want old houses anymore. Owner Kevin Argott only told me get a wind inspection. 2014. HE NO LONGER SPOKE TO ME!!!
2020 I received a long statement. Insurance company accept 1920 to 1960 homes.
In 2021 Another statement. 1920 to 1960 homes not accepted. And 4 counties were not accepted. BROWARD county where I live. The FEAR FACTOR.
I received double 2020 bill 3277.77 on my renewal May 24 2021 " GREAT LAKES Insurance quote of 6445.00. " Not on a statement. A WRITTEN SENTENCE ONLY. In letter from Jorge Martinez. I can't contact the ins co.
A QUOTE FOR 3564.00 Citizens with 2 inspections only. THAT HAD AN ITEMIZED STATEMENT. ALSO SAME LETTER.

I told them my Ac and water heater broke. MAY 24 2021 2 WEEKS BEFORE EXP DATE JUNE 7 2021.
JORGE left the phone on hold 3x. "Talking to my co-workers what we can do for you.". I heard laughter. Then he said "Citizens won't accept that. I can't help you Donna.". I said we have 2 weeks something will come up ". I WAS STILL INSURED BY GREAT LAKES SE!!!

THE CLERKS ACT DIFFERENT. DO THINGS DIFFERENT. ANGEL ARRANGES INSPECTION FOR ME . JORGE TOLD ME TO CALL INSPECTOR MYSELF. ALSO PAYMENTS WERE ARRANGED DIFFERENTLY. ANGEL ARRANGED THE BANK ACH BY PHONE PAYMENT. DISABLED. SCIATICA. 70 YRS OLD. 2018 to 2020 I had to go to my bank.
MY 3RD PHONE CALL. May 24 2021 DONT SEND QUOTE. NOT WORTH IT. IM GETTING NEW INSURANCE BROKER. MAY 24, 2021. MY OWN AGENCY LEFT ME IN A LURCH! I HAVE NO HOMEOWNER INSURANCE!!!

They got rid of an old house. Too busy with new home contracts. If your house was built before 2010. That is!!! Built after 2010. NOT A PROBLEM!!!
