I'm unsure what happened with the other user. I know last time I had difficulty with Uhaul over reservations. This time though other than the app messing up. Truck, and keys are here. FYI CJ isn't at fault for what uhaul does. Though yeah all is good today here for me except the app messing up. These are two damaged areas not noted btw

Called a day in advance to make sure they knew I was coming. I got there a little early, but they started my uhaul reservation then. I forgot my card and they were very understanding. I ended up just telling them my card information and it was done that way. Very easy process and they told me everything that I needed to know.

Terrible U-Haul experience. I had set a truck for self pickup at 7:30AM, and the person in charge of the U-Haul trucks didn't mark my reservation for self pickup, meaning I was completely unable to retrieve my rental. This resulted in me being 45 minutes late for our movers, and caused a lot of stress. The previous day when I had asked this individual how self pickup worked, she told me, "I have no idea, follow the website." I highly suggest renting a U-Haul from an establishment that know what they are doing.

Stopped in on information on a new vehicle and the older guy working the counter was very short tempered and disrespectful. I was insulted by him and recommend anyone in the area shop for vehicles anywhere else.

Moved to South Milwaukee around the 1st of June first time ever using a U-Haul I forgot to refuel before returning the truck I didn't you know about a week and a half later saying I owe $90 this place has been trying to randomly charge my debit card ever since in increments of 90. 70 and 40
I did not receive Rider contract at all they said it was emailed to me the email didn't show up till week later I had no idea there would be a fee if I didn't return it with fuel not to mention I was giving the rental on almost an empty tank of gas I'm avoiding U-Haul rentals permanently

This guy knew I was coming from IL with a 2.5hr drive and Tried to sell me a car with no title. Was not customer friendly and car looked worse than what pictures showed. Would not recommend buying a car from here.
