Went to the Christmas event...the fireworks were great....but it was packed...will get there earlier next year!!

Amazing place to see the beautiful Christmas lights!

This is my neighborhood park and it's well kept, never very crowded, river adjacent, has great views of the city, and is conveniently next to the historical society. It's a great place to grab a picnic table with loved ones or park under a tree with a good book. The gazebo is very pretty and the lights at Christmas time are always worth a visit.

It’s a good and clean park on the side of the river with 4-5 picnic tables.

We took a pontoon ride! AMAZING.

Great place by the river downtown. many places to eat and drink. boat tours are a must do.

Great park with alot of events including the Riverwalk Tour Boats. I also went to Burgerim. I had a nice time.

This is a beautiful Park along the Sweet Milwaukee River.💖 Oh man I love that River!🕊 The only bummer is it's hard to touch the water. 😔The park has a really beautiful Gazebo there as well.😇 It is a little piece of nature in the Big City Of Milwaukee. 🌃I was here during the Milwaukee Holiday Light Festival. The Christmas Lights display was an awesome work of Art! 🙊So many colors, So Fascinating!🎉 There was a nice live band performing inside the Gazebo. 🌞This place is Awesome!🌳

Went down for the lighting ceremony and intertainment, and the arrival of the Claus'.

Lovely little evening walking around. The city of Milwaukee really outdid themselves with decorations.

We walked through the park to see all the Christmas decorations. A family and friend favorite was all the iclecles that are lit and 'dripping". there is a lot if photo ops and it is very festive. Super loved it! Thanks for the cheer!

Very nice environment, it's somewhat of a dog park along the river walk, and also if you're just a visitor strolling site seeing the area, and you want to take pictures but your battery bar is to low, this part, has outside plug in sockets, to charge your phone

A beautiful park on the Milwaukee River in downtown Milwaukee. Steps from the Milwaukee County Historical Society, which is housed in a lovely old bank building on the corner. Speaking of steps, there are wide steps leading down to the river where you can sit and look out on the water. It's peaceful and calming after a busy day, or in the afternoon on a lunch break or a walk around the city. Picnicking is encouraged, as there are tables provided. During the summer there is a free music series that is well worth attending. It's not usually crowded, but it is a popular draw. Pere Marquette park is one of my favorite spots in all of Milwaukee. I bet it will become one of yours.

I love walking here in the non-winter months. There is a ton of scenic walking areas both north and south of this park. Nice breeze off the lake and food spots right on the lake trail.

Jewel of the city. Perfect for the urban picnic or relax and read. Check the calendar to make time for the historical museum on the corner. Its always a good day to learn something new from something that shouldn't be forgoten.
