So grateful for the Mattox team. we had 2 inches of water in our basement after calling 4-6 places the Mattox Plumbing team was on it. I called at 11 pm for after emergency service. Erin answered the phone right away and was extremely professional and helpful . she dispatched her after hours tech Devin was extremely helpful with clearing the roots out of our drain and gave me a few options to help prevent this.He arrived in a timely manner and was very professional even thouse it was 1:30 am. i will continue to go back because of these two professional. Thank you again.

The full team at Mattox was extremely responsive and easy to work with. They kept me up-to-date on getting an available plumber out to my home when my sump pump failed at 2am. They had Isaac out to my home by 7am. He was very kind, fast, and really saved the day. He also answered other questions I had about sump pumps in general. Highly recommend. I will be using their services in the future 100%.

My experience was great. Had a relatively simple issue that Isaac addressed with speed and professionalism. He was on time, friendly, and quick. Took him exactly as long to complete the job as he quoted at first with no surprises. Definitely a good first experience and will use them again.

We had a situation where neither the toilet or the shower would drain properly, Plunging both drains simultaneously proved to be useless, so we knew we would need the help of a plumber. We called Mattox Plumbing and were treated very professionally by the receptionist. She told us within 2 hours when the plumber would be there.
In about an hour I received a text message from Isaac the plumber and he told me within 15 minutes when he would be there. He showed up right on time and was very professional. Isaac tried to minimize the disruption to our bathroom by snaking through the toilet, to no avail. He removed the toilet and continued to power snake, but it didn't help. Isaac even went back to the shop and got an extension ladder to make sure our vent pipe was open, even though it was snowing like crazy outside!
Isaac analyzed the situation and we decided the only way for snaking to be effective would be to cut out a section of the waste line in the basement and snake between the open waste line and the floor drain. What he found was amazing! There was 70+ years of tree roots in the line! Isaac made a very professional repair of the waste line with PVC pipe and now we have a cleanout that we can use to snake the line, if this situation happens again. Isaac replaced the toilet and the repair was complete.
I was impressed with Isaac's professionalism, his ability to answer my questions and the quality of his work! He took the time to do a good job and the price was fair. I would recommend Isaac and Mattox Plumbing to handle your plumbing problems!

Issac with Mattox plumbing is great. He is very knowledgeable and gets the job done quick. I called on a Thursday to have plumbing done for bathtub install on Friday. Issac came out Thursday and gave an estimate. Pricing was fair and he came back Friday Morning to install and was done by 2 pm. The job was not an easy one. He knew what he was doing and quickly solved any issues that arose. Thank you Issac and Mattox plumbing.

I called Mattox on a Sunday when I had an emergency pipe burst in one of my vacant properties. Kyle got there within a couple hours of my initial call and was very detailed and professional. He kept me updated with pictures and videos as the job progressed, which was a huge thing for me as I was 7 hours away from the property. Water heater went out on a Friday before a holiday weekend and was leaking all over the floor. They were able to get me in the same day to replace the heater. Joe is an amazing technician and quickly resolved the problem. He made sure to keep the floor protected as he brought in the new heater and took out the old. The pricing was great too. Thanks to the Mattox Plumbing folks for the quick work.

Isaac was extremely helpful & friendly from start to finish. He answered the phone when I called to schedule service, and talked with me for over 15 minutes just answering questions before I even asked him to come out for service. He helped me identify my water shutoff easily and replaced leaking fittings. I will without question call him again for any future plumbing issues!

Isaac came and fixed a leaky pipe in our basement bathroom that was in a very tight spot and above drywall and drop ceiling tiles but completed the job with ease and there was no mess left behind. He went out of his way to explain everything and we highly recommend them.

Great experience with Mattox Plumbing; specifically Isaac. He did a great job repairing a Dishwasher line that was leaking. Nice to find a contractor who shows up on time with good communication skills and does a great job at a reasonable price. Very highly recommend.

My kitchen sink was clogged and I tried everything I knew and I managed to make it worse. I called one plumbing company and did not receive a call back . I then called Mattox and talked to a lady. I told her what I needed and she told me Isaac would be at my house later in the day. It wasn't long after that Isaac was there and quickly diagnosed my problem. He was able to fix the problem in a short amount of time and at a reasonable price. I was so pleased with his work I have asked him to do a plumbing project for me this spring.

Thomas saved the day and came after hours to fix a major pipe in our Commercial / Apartment building. Our tenants were without water and thankfully Mattox made time for us. The emergency price was high but Thomas hustled to get the job done as fast as he could. He replaced an old original pipe with new PVC. He was pleasant, friendly and helped clean up. It was a long day (for both of us) and he did it with a smile. Paying the extra cost after hours is never fun but we were all appreciative and grateful to have running water again (water running in the pipes and not on our floor).

I had Issac from Mattox Plumbing come out to my house to fix a very wobbly toilet and look at my under the sink water filter. He fixed both very efficiently in a couple of hours. Issac was pleasant, professional, cleaned up afterwards and was a joy to have in my home. I would hire Mattox Plumbing again in a heartbeat for any of my future plumbing needs.

Came home from work and found my sump pump had died and the basement started to seep water everywhere. Called Mattox plumbing in their off hours and they were able to send out their plumbing tech Isaac right away. Isaac was incredibly communicative and was able to fix the issue right away. Made the whole ordeal much easier to handle.

Isaac did a great job solving our various small plumbing issues, showing us what he was doing and talking us through next steps for a project that needs parts. He was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with!!! We will ask for him again!

The job turned out to be worse than we thought. The young man that came was very polite, friendly and knew what he was doing. He even cleaned up his mess which I wasn't expecting. The cost was more than we expected but the great job he did was worth the money.

I've worked with them twice, and both times they've done an excellent job. The plumbers I've worked with were very polite and efficient. They also provided an accurate time and cost estimate and delivered below cost.
