Food truck BBQ. Great food, easy menu, good customer service, fair prices. The quality of the meat is immediately noticeable. We were the only ones there at first, so it was fast. Big parking lot. Definitely worth the stop.

Stopped here while traveling and it was amazing. The brisket sandwich was delicious and sides were great! It left a taste in my mouth and has me ready to drive back for another sandwich. 5 stars!

I ordered some ribs and baked beans and they were so delicious. It's right across the street from the truck stop if you don't want food from the truck stop. I definitively recommend stopping here for ribs!

Happened upon the food truck in Mt Jackson and I have to say was very pleasantly surprised by the Carolina pork BBQ and brisket. Brisket just melts in your mouth and the pork was so tender and delicious! Very filling. Sides were delicious as well. 10/10 hands down.

My husband and I have had BBQ all over the country and this is THE BEST we’ve ever had!! We got ribs, pulled pork and brisket and it was all amazing! Do not pass up the ribs they were especially finger lickin’ good! I’ve marked it in my GPS so we can stop again when we pass through. Please keep doing what you do! As truck drivers we appreciate you for the amazing meal instead of the nasty truck stop food. 😋

Great tender juicy brisket! It’s seasoned lightly and then smoked the entire time not just boiled gray and then smoked like a lot of “bbq” places do! The pulled pork is juicy, tender and full of flavor. I haven’t had the chicken yet because I just get what I love but I’d imagine it’s great too!
The beans are excellent, they have just the right amount of sweet and heat that you know and love from baked beans.
This truck could have a restaurant if he wanted, I’d imagine the only problem would be with keeping up with demand. If you find yourself headed down I-81 around mile151 and your in need for a great meal, go ahead and stop at Smokin’Q across the highway from Pilot.

Thank goodness we were in a hurry and stopped real quick to get something to eat from this smokin trailer. This guy's ribs are truly the best I've ever had also was the first time I ate the fat with a brisket because it was really that good. Now my husband and I have been to a lot of places eating barbecue all over the USA and we are in our sixties. Big mistake to bypass this guy.

We went to Smokin Qs for the first time today and All I can say is WOW. We ordered some of the pulled pork and the beef brisket with their “spicy” sauce. He assured us it wouldn’t be too spicy and we’d still enjoy the meat and he was right! The sauce was perfect. The meats were well smoked. The bark on the brisket was delicious. He was almost out of the smoked chicken and gave us some to try and it was amazing! We went around 3:30 and he was almost out of chicken, pork, and brisket, and already out of ribs. If you know BBQ you know that that is a tell tale sign you’re at a good BBQ place. Lastly, the worker (I’m assuming owner?) was beyond kind and hospitable. We will most certainly be coming back and recommending this place to all our friends! Worth the quick drive to the other side of town!!

We've always had a great meal from Smokin Q and have used them multiple times for company events. The chicken and pasta salad are always a huge hit! You can really taste the smokiness of the meat, Exceptional taste

The brisket is above average. The bbq is phenomenal, best vinegar based bbq I have ever had.

Great BBQ trailer. Excellent pulled pork sandwich, pork sauce was perfect. Cole slaw is just right, and baked beans are great. Well worth the stop. Easy on and off I-81.

Best BBQ around. This gentleman strives for perfection and his sides are just as good. I felt the prices were good as well. To top it off the owner is a great guy that you'll love to keep giving your business to. HIGHLY recommend

Excellent brisket, and go for the spicy sauce, it’s not too spicy but has a peppery kick. Glad we tried this food truck, had driven by for years and finally got the opportunity. Will be our new spot when when get hungry for BBQ.

Absolutely the best BBQ in Harrisonburg. I've tried everywhere else and this place puts them all to shame. The spicy sauce is fantastic and leaves a nice tang. If I ever had a wedding this place would be first on the list to cater.

I was just here the other day. I cant stop thinking of this place. The owner is a good man. The food is great. Im usually trucking up and down 81 from PA to NC a few times a week. I'll try and make this my regular lunch or dinner stop. Keep up the good work and the strive for excellent BBQ.
