Just amazing! i had doubts about this hospital due to the negative reviews i read, but since this was the only place my OB Dr. Wilkins Mondesir (AKA BOOBO) did deliveries i put all my trust on him and decided to come anyways because he has been just the best throughout my whole pregnancy journey. This hospital has left me speechless, i cannot put into words how happy i am i decided to give birth here, from the staff who were all so kind caring, compassionate, patient, careful, just all around amazing to the excellent food, very clean and sterile. I am just so happy i recommend this hospital to anybody and everybody

Went to the ER with my husband Friday morning and we're very surprised that in less than an hour he was seen by Dr. Keith Taylor. All of the staff was caring. We even received a call from a nurse on Sunday asking how he was doing. Excellent patient care.

When I was told by my Physician my surgery will be at Bethesda East, I was little worried. When I checked the reviews “I went crazy not a single good one. But my own experience there was marvelous I was admitted by Nurse Angela 💕 and discharge by her. She goes above and beyond, she’s is terrific, very professional. 5 Stars ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The whole staff my goodness was awesome! I can’t thank you enough guys it is more than words can express…

I recently went to Bethesda East for chest pain. I was attended to quickly and efficiently. Tests done immediately and admitted to await Cardiac Catheterization the following day. I was treated efficiently, kindly,respectfully by all staff members. Any anxiety I had was treated immediately with kindness and listening, no meds needed. Every department I went to was top notch. I heard some people complain but they were acting like this was a hotel and not a hospital. Give respect and you get respect.

I've been to Bethesda hospital on numerous occasions. I must say that overall I am quite satisfied with the care and commitment shown by the majority of the practitioners there, on all levels. The hospital has improved greatly compared to years past. I would definitely recommend choosing Bethesda if and when you have cause to be hospitalized.

Had a great experience as a patient here. Staff was super friendly. Special shoutout to Winnie, Judy, and Marie from Med/Surg floor. And to Michael on the Janitorial team. All went above and beyond to make me feel like family.

Wonderful staff, Nurse Kaitlyn,and Dr Badack were so kind and caring about my brother . They explained everything so well in a calming pleasant manner. They made it as best as could be!They were terrific

This is Hospital Heaven. Outstanding staff, excellent food, quick response. Very caring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Gladys is impossible to describe. She is warm, funny, going to make you as comfortable as possible and takes her time to do it.
Jesse was a wonderful nurse on the ortho floor. He’s just wonderful. Ruth Lim on the medical floor is amazing. Being with her when I first came in let me know I was going to be all right.
My physical therapists made a big difference. I would like to name everyone individually, but my anesthesia brain couldn’t hold on to most of it.

I live in CA, snd my adult child is in FL. She suffered a medical emergency tonight that had me terrified. She was taken to Bethesda where I had no trouble getting in touch with Nurse Rebecca who is an angel on earth. It’s hard enough to be away from your adult child during the holidays, let alone during a medical emergency, and not having the capability to just show up. The staff there has kept me well informed and has made me as connected as I can feel from so far away.. Thank you Rebecca and everyone at Bethesda ER that helped take care of my baby tonight. God bless you all, and thank you for spending your holiday helping others

Had a two day stay. Nurses and aides were all fantastic, and the doctors got me fixed up right away. The rooms were also nice and the food was good.

So far I have had two chemo sessions and there are no words how impressed I have been with the entire staff. They have treated me with special care because of other serious health issues I cannot have a med port installed in fear of massive bleeding. Both Becky and Yolanda are on the angels from heaven list....No visible needle marks on my forearm!! The gentleman at the front desk who is in contact with the labs to make sure my blood is ok to proceed is very warm and friendly. I also appreciate that the infusion room is kept at a comfortable temperature!The bathroom is very clean! God Bless You!

This review is for the Doctor that treated me on the 3rd floor Dr. Minuet I am extremely upset at the review that he gave me on my discharge papers. This is a pure violation of my HIPPA rights The discharge papers was a horrible assessment of my personal business. He doesn’t know me he spent a total of maybe 10 minutes with me the whole time I was there the information he provided was read by so many people before It it was delivered to me, not just Drs it was private information, what he wrote is total decimation of my character . He does not know me took an isolated incident, and blew it up.
I will be be contacting an attorney concerning this matter.
The nurses I had on the third floor were absolutely amazing, especially Willy. He was my nurse, very kind, very compassionate, very upbeat. We need more people like this in the world not the doctor that treated me a horrible bedside manner.

I was on the second floor of the hospital after my surgery. From the register nurses to the pca , to the server , they are all very nice to me, they are caring, knowledgeable and most importantly they understand and respect patients wishes. They make a great team. I understand that everyone has different experience but I had good one and I could not ask for more than that. A special gratitude to the team who took care of me without hesitation. I just want ta say thank you. I cannot remember every body’s name, but they know who they are. I hope they know how I felt about the care they give me. Thank you again🌹♥💯👍

I was treated with professionalism and respect. The entire visit was smooth easy it’s like walking in the rain and not getting wet. The visit was fantastic.

AMAZING ! The hospital is extremely careful about germs and wants their patients to be safe.
The staff is totally 💯 awesome . I’ve never been treated like this in my life at any hospital. The nurses are sweet and kind and know how to treat patients with dignity and respect! The same goes for the anesthesiologist and her team !! Wow ….this was a totally positive experience 😊

I spent three days at Baptist Health Bethesda Hospital East and everyone from their Doctors, Nurses, and staff were incredibly polite and professional in treating my medical issues. Everything was clean and the food good.

Lilly the nurse assistant is a gem. She really cares about people & is so patient. Adam the nurse was great too. I had my knees done 2 years ago & everything was so much better this admission. I was extremely pleased with my care. Every department was so kind. When I called for my meals the person who took my order was very kind. Carlos in transport is phenomenal. PT folks very kind. An overall great experience. Thank you!

They always take care of me, but this time I request to keep me 1moreday, after 2 surgery it was painful, next morning I am not able to walk, I have to go for Daiyaleses,
With small things they were keeping me one day extra, my blood pressure also High.

Had day surgery 11/1/23. All nurses and staff who took care of me were terrific. They truly cared about my well being. Couldn't be any better.
