Laura J was very respectful and helpful when I came to get my script. She was amazing and had a positive attitude towards her customers as well as the pharmacist that was there. This is my first time at this pharmacy and I will definitely be back here!

Excellent customer service! I am a contract employee working at North Anna Power Plant and was having extreme difficulties getting my prescription filled through my regular mail order pharmacy that is contracted by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas. My landlord, who I rent from outside of Montpelier, referred me to Montpelier pharmacy. I called and spoke with Debra, who reached out to my physician in Kansas and took care of everything seamlessly. I picked up my prescription the next day. I am blown away by the customer service here and cannot recommend this pharmacy enough.

We have used Montpelier Pharmacy for about 17 years. My husband works in Richmond and literally drives past 7 or 8 pharmacies on his way home from work. It might be more convenient to run into one of those but we go to Montpelier Pharmacy. They are so professional with that wonderful home town personal service. There is no other place like them and they always go above and beyond for all of their customers. Friendly, happy atmosphere. Supporting local people. Absolutely the best pharmacy I have ever been to. The gift selection is really great too! Many unusual, hard to find gifts!

Montp Pharmacy is fantastic! Their customer service is unrivaled in our area (and beyond). The staff are friendly, caring, and helpful. I am so grateful that they are close by and have all that we need! In fact, one time my mother couldn't get her prescription at her Pharmacy, and Montp took the time to track it down, order it, and call when it arrived. My mom lives two hours away, and we were all so grateful. Thank you!

I have been to many pharmacies in my lifetime. Even if in the beginning of my patronage of these other pharmacies I had personalized service that always changed over time and I would just be one of the crowd. Montpelier pharmacy is not like that the service is personalized every time I go in or call no matter the day or time. Every clerk and pharacist goes out of their way to accommodate your needs. If you have to wait it is never too long and they acknowledge that you are still waiting. Wonderful professional and friendly service that just gets better and better.

I have used this pharmacy for almost 25 years, since relocating to this area. The staff is helpful, friendly and caring. The owner will make a special effort to stock a product if you need it and they dont carry it. Love this place.... small business at its best!

This is place is so refreshing and full of life! The staff is so sweet and welcoming and fast. I am usually here no more than 5 or 10 mins and my script is ready. I totally recommend this place you definitely won't regret stopping in :)

Very professional and great customer service

Employees are friendly, has a lot to look at if you need to wait, store could use more cleanliness. No public restrooms are available.

The staff are great and they take the time to be personable unlike many of the chain pharmacies out there. They treat you like family.

Always friendly, quick and efficient and they have a unique inventory for a pharmacy. Prices are reasonable for those without insurance.
