I am a college student from out of state and I cannot express how thankful I am for Twenty First Century Auto!

They happily made me an appointment after hearing what was wrong with my car and got me in next day. Not only that, but they were done that next day which was great considering I brought my car in right before closing time the day before.

The woman that is in charge there gave me a ride back and was so kind and sweet and they also gave me money off because my friend had recommended going there.

When I picked up my car, it was easy to get into the key box and when I opened my car door there was so many goodies on my drivers seat. They gave me a cute little quote about the moon as well as a moon pie and glasses for the upcoming eclipse. They also gave me a folder with new customer information and a pen and keychain branded with the business. These are not mandatory at all, but it was a pleasant surprise when I opened my door.

The service ended up being about $100 more than what was originally estimated, and while that is somewhat annoying, it is understandable because things come up when working on cars.

Overall, I highly recommend them. Especially as a young woman in college it was so nice to not be treated like I was an idiot based on my gender and age and actually be treated with kindness and helped.

I have been involved in sales and marketing for pretty much all of my career (over 50 years) and I can guarantee that it’s a heck of a lot easier to nurture and grow your customer base by doing the right thing than just focusing on seeking new business. Sharon (owner) and Nick (manager) “get it” as do their experienced and thorough technicians.

With my previous vehicle, they told me what I needed to hear and thoroughly explained what was going on. It wasn’t what I wanted to hear but they were right. That experience and the way I was treated left an impression.I am now taking our new vehicle there for service and maintenance now and recommend the team at “Twenty First Century Auto Care whole heartedly!!

Well I've been here before, & they took good care of me about my tire. The gentleman was very nice about what they would do to fix my tire. Because they got me in the same I was a happ camper. So I would go back there again. What I really liked was the Gnome they left in my car. It was a nice little Thank you. Have a good day.

I had a problem with the cooling system in my car and TFCA was recommended by a family member. I brought the car in, they did an initial inspection and sent me a detailed report (including photos) on what they perceived to be the issue with the coolant along with other issues they found. They gave me a tiered recommendation as to which of those problems needed to be fixed now, soon, and eventually. There was absolutely no pressure to rush into any of the secondary issues and they were extremely thorough with their explanations.

I had to return several times with the repairs done to the coolant system as some of the parts were defective (not TFCA’s fault). Each time I showed up I was greeted by a smiling (albeit frustrated) team who were determined to fix the issue no matter how long it took. Every time I picked the car up, I was given the reason for the updated repair with the chance it’d fixed the problem and which steps would be necessary if the situation hadn’t been resolved.

All of these additional repairs were monetarily covered by my initial agreement and again, they were sympathetic to my time and energy.

While it took several returns to resolve the issue, the team proved their word that they WOULD resolve it. Now, a month later, I can honestly say that the problem is resolved and my automobile is running better and smoother than it did before I had the coolant issue.

This is a great day! I found the best auto repair shop. I was greeted by Sarah and Josh who were helpful and informative. I am excited I discovered this place. They repaired my tire and also offered a courtesy check. I am declaring Twenty First Century Auto as my partners in my auto maintenance! It gives me piece of mind.
I went to get my oil changed and I found Santa and a thank you note on my dashboard. That was the best surprise ever.

I had to have 4 tires replaced today. I called to make an appointment. You have a choice of tires to purchase. Tires vary in prices. I chose a better quality tire with a very good guarantee. A bit more pricey but worth it. You get higher milage on quality tires. They had the tires ready for mounting and balanced. I even had a wheel alignment. Twenty First Century Auto are very efficient and do their job well. I highly recommend them. I have had different repairs done there from exhaust system to oil change. Always satisfied with their services. Very friendly too.

I has such a great experience! Very trustworthy, submitting photos and initial inspection. They called before they did the work with a quote and didn't try to talk me into any extra work. Sharon was amazing to work with, my car was done very quickly. I am so impressed with this business, I've already told my family to go here. Will definitely be back for all my repairs.

Oil change was good, which included the vehicle report. Sent pictures of the filters that needed to be replaced. Completed timely.

I needed a bolt removed that was stuck in my front tire. I called and they were able to help me right away. In less than an hour I was out the door with my tire plugged and on my way. Awesome.

Always professional and prompt. Sharon and the others are always looking out for the customers best interest. I've been going to 21st for 11 years and hope they're here forever.

My car was jacked up and I was concerned it was something serious. They got me in sooner than I thought and out the same day they said they could take a look at it. Turned out to be a minor fix and the price wasn't too bad. Will be going back.

GREAT SERVICE, needed a starter for my wife's 2011 jeep grand cherokee. They got it done quickly. Highly recommend.

I was so much grateful for their services especially when I left my phone in my car and they brought it to me in no time. The ride to and from my house was very excellent on their part and I appreciate it a lot. I have been to several auto shops and never had that treat.
Look at the file filled with coupons, key holder, pen and other things, so much appreciated.

Thank you so much for ur services rendered when I was stuck at my work place because the car will never start due to battery problem. A towing truck was arranged immediately for me but fortunately the truck driver was able to use a battery jumper to start the engine for me. Your services at the shop was very much appreciated. 👌

I had the best experience! I loved the text message communication with detailed information including photos!! When I picked my car up, the mechanic Josh explained everything that was done to the car, including showing me the bad parts he replaced. He also showed me what to look for on something else. Great customer service!

A great professional team. They went above and beyond. My car drove awesome after work was done. Great Job..will be going back.

Always awesome and friendly service, I would highly recommend them. I started going there for convenience and stayed for the service. I moved out of the area but, make the trip there because, I trust their advice and excellent service care! Also, love the fact that if needed they will do drop offs and pick ups, what a awesome family type business, not too many of those around anymore.

I had a flat tire due to apparently driving over a screw. I called the garage and from that first moment, the customer service was stellar. They squeezed me in and even took into consideration that I needed my car back before having to pick up my daughter from school. They plugged the hole and the charge was very reasonable. I especially found the pack of flower seeds in my car as thank you to be such a beautiful touch. I have found a garage that I will continue to use.

Excellent service, I know I can trust them to do the job right and at a fair price.. They make you feel like family and I appreciate the thank you card & gift they leave on the front seat of my car. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to have their car serviced.
