I loved this place. Very friendly staff. The kids club teachers are amazing and welcoming. I truly hate how they abruptly closed the gym down. No warning to customers, no email ect. We deserve better than that!

Prices are reasonable and the facility itself is sweet. The free weight section is so much fun, my old gym had nothing comparable. Locker room is set up in an interesting way, and they have separate rooms for classes. They even have a pool!

I love the classes at Xperience. I really have had the best experience at this gym. The classes are excellent and the staff is always creating new programs to keep its clients fit!

The staff is also very friendly and especially Angela is very kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Anytime I have a question she has an answer! Just ask for her and she’ll help you with anything!!

I Absolutely Love this gym, the staff are friendly and very respectful. The team that welcomed me in, Mike, Alyssa and Madison. Mike signed me up excellent personality friendly and he showed me around the place, told me about the great deals. Alyssa is a awesome coach, she gave me a deal I couldn’t say no to, I love her classes very intense. Madison is always so friendly when she welcomes
me coming and going. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. I thank my son Uriah/Fred for introducing me to this perfect for me gym.

My experience had been wonderful from day one. Mike, one of the managers was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Also my personal trainer is great! He shares knowledge of equipment and has a great personality. I know he is going to push me out of my comfort zone but that’s what I need!

Good value for money, and convenient hours. Above all, great customer service! After 3 months of signing up, I realized that I could no longer get to the gym and asked to cancel my membership. After a confusing talk with one of the staff members, I was reassured that my membership had been cancelled. However, I recently noticed that I was still being charged monthly. Having seen all the negative reviews on several websites, I was convinced that I would have a hard time resolving the issue and getting a refund. To my pleasant surprise, however, I got a response almost immediately after I contacted customer services via email, and was reimbursed right away! Thank you for a hassle-free turnout of events.

One of my favorite gym environments, I came to town for a business trip and to stay on pace with my workouts I was referred to Xperience Fitness. Great equipment, had everything I wanted (free weights/machines) and also a pool that I could swim some laps and get in my cardio. After I finished my workout I was pleasantly surprised to end it off with a 20 minute session in their sauna. Very friendly and helpful staff, you can see they take pride in keeping the building and equipment clean. I plan on getting a membership here when I move here in a month.

I walked in without a appointment scheduled and they were so kind about it, they had me fill out a form and wait just a bit till someone could help me with my membership set up. The process was quick easy and everyone was very understanding and informative. The gym is clean, friendly and surprisingly smells fresh! I’m so excited to be a member of xperience and to start this year off the right way!

I have been a member since last 4 years and its an awesome gym with fantastic instructors and helpful staff. I had an amazing experience today morning with Michael B .who helped my husband join the gym hassel free and all the paperwork done so efficiently and promptly. Was very impressed by the work ethics of Michael who also answered and solved my quarries politely and efficiently.

Gym is massive and no matter how many people are working out there will be equipment open to use. Pool length is 25m and saltwater. Workers are nice and things are pretty clean

It’s been a while since I’ve been to the gym. Moreover, coming back and choosing Xperience was the best decision to build up a good and regular workout routine along with my confidence. There’s more than enough machines to accommodate social distancing and the cleanliness is top notch. Please join, and you will thank yourself for doing so.

I absolutely love the classes, like yoga and aqua zumba. Perfect for people wanted to expand their horizons for workouts. The instructors are wonderful. There is a lot of equipment so you have many choices for workouts as well.

Took a tour of the gym. Clean gym alot of machines to use, not crowded even during their peak time. The prices for their gym was reasonable. Yolanda give me a tour and she was awesome and very informative. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

This is by far the best Xperience location I have been to. The staff and trainers are always friendly and helpful! It is the largest location in the Milwaukee area that I find to be the cleanest and there is always room/machines open to complete your workouts even during peak hours.

I had a great experience signing up for my membership! The staff was super helpful and kind, especially Trainor Alex and I believe Damon. I am really glad I chose this gym to workout at!

Signed up 2 days ago, got my first session planned. Madison (Madi) was awesome! She kept the tour informative, fun, and kept me excited about getting back into the gym. Can't to get this 41 yr old body back into 21 yr old shape. My wife is going to be stoked.

Love the new Q workout they have!! Mike and Kate are great instructors!! Also, Madison Bry at the front dest is the best!! She is so friendly and always smiling!! Madison is so personable and a great way to start the day!!

This gym is excellent. The staff is always welcoming, and you can tell that they have made an emphasis on having a cleaner facility these past few months!

Reasonable price options, Staff is friendly. & does not pressure you with up-sells. Facility is clean & there are plenty of machines... even on a crowded day there should be no wait. So far very good.
