ISAAC RIVERS is a thief, a crook, a slum Lord, and a horrible property manager. He will ignore your calls and texts and try everything in his power to scam you out of your deposit, no matter how much it is. He is unprofessional, rude, obnoxious, and a lowlife. Do not use his business for any reason!

I am currently fighting him for my deposit MONTHS after I have moved out in June 2023! He rented the place immediately a week after in July 2023 and STILL has not paid my deposit. He is a crook who only cares about money and nothing else.

He will regulate your A/C temperature, water usage, and how you live in your own rental like a halfway house regulator. He is basically the true definition of a SLUM LORD!

If I could give him and his front of a company 0 stars, I would. He is a blight to society and gives all black business owners a bad name. I have a nasty taste in my mouth from dealing with this low life of a business man.

I would give this agency or rather the person who runs this one man show, Issiac RIvers, 0 star, but google won't let me so 1 star. His service is beyond poor. He is a terrible real estate agent. And any rental posting where Rented4Less or Issiac aka Issac's name appears is a Head's Up and NO! NO! This man is a fraud and his service is pathetic! Appears at property without prior notice! EVERYTIME! Sometimes even at 12 am! Belittles people and bosses around! Don't expect to get your deposit back if he is your Landlord or Property Manager. Unprofessional, No respect to Privacy and Poor Service defines this agency and its president Issiac Rivers! Beware people and stay away!

This place is a scam!! ISSAC RIVERS will steal your money!! They tried to send me a 1,300 invoice befire the viewing. Took my information over the phone knowing I was young ( no rental experience). Took my social, drivers lisence number. Address date of birth ALL OF IT!! and then proceeded to text me since my boyfriends mom so trying to help is get a place. He sends me this exact message.

“ Whoever that is that you had to call me she was very rude, and I do not wish to conduct business with anyone except either you or Sean, she just created whole mess out of this, I want you to know !” -issac rivers (the man with no history or experience or reviews on Google)

Seems strange that this man doesn’t want any parents involved. She’s just trying to make sure we don’t get scammed.

Who sends a message like that? My boyfriends mom is so respectful she works for an insurance agency.. lol this is a joke do not even consider this place. They will scam you make you lock down all of your credit cards and have you worrying. Do NOT even attempt to do business with these people
