Loved Awakening. We had tea in bone China cups and teapot with finger sandwiches which were beautifully presented and tasted so wonderful - in such a lovely location. It made our day! So special

This was my first time in a “crystal” shop. Have recently read a bit about crystals and decides to get some, my husband was working in the area and I found them on google. (Although in a mysterious twist it’s almost as if the universe pulled me here).

I was a little nervous, I was with my husband (who is still very iffy about my new hobby) and two little kids. The staff made us feel super welcomed and you just felt an all around good vibe here. Sky and her coworker (I am so sorry I did not catch your name) offered kids some temporary tattoos and engaged them in conversations. Most I appreciated that the kids could freely pick up items to look at without anyone freaking out about it.

Circled the small store quiet a few times and once everyone was tattooed and made a selection that “called” to them we reluctantly left as we had a long drive home.

Thanks for creating such an amazing and informative space for all to enjoy. I love my new crystals and feel that they already had so much positive energy in them!

The name Awakening truly speaks for itself. I have been receiving chakra alignment sessions for 3 years now with Mariola. This shop was located in BK NY then moved to upstate NY, I literally drove 2 1/2 hours for my healing session and per usual I was AWAKENED.

This shop is VERY big and has all the tools you will need to heal yourself and raise your energy from a holistic spaces. They have a wide range of crystals and much more to connect you to your highest and best self.

Before my session I ate a light salad at a cute cafe across the street, parking was easy and the neighborhood was pleasing.

I’d recommend anyone to visit Awakening NY for their spiritual needs. They also host healing events there as well and have no problem guiding and educating you on the crystals.

What a magical store filled with crystals, jewelry and good energy! The owner Mariola is such a gem, she’s very knowledgeable on the healing properties of the crystals she sells and will help to guide you in what you need, depending on your situation. She’s also an amazing healer, I highly recommend taking one of her healing sessions, you’ll leave there feeling like a different person…so relaxed and at peace. If you’re ever in Port Jervis, check out this shop, or plan a visit, it’s definitely worth it!

Been here a few months ago, the shop is beautiful filled with many crystals & much more! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had my first ever reading with Terrance & I’m so happy that I went through with it! If you’re ever interested in getting a reading I highly recommend booking with him, he was very helpful & spot on I enjoyed it very much. looking forward to my next session / coming to this shop again! 😊

I love to visit this unique, creative, and charming local community business to have tea or turkish coffee with delicious scones or biscuits. Awesome welcoming people who really want you to soak in the relaxing and inspiring atmosphere while enjoying their tasty treats. What a lovely magical shop this is! Every piece that’s sold is truly stunning and the store has a special energy about it that you feel as soon as you walk in the door. The owner Mariola is a true healer and a wonderful woman herself and I’ve heard of several of my friends how powerful her sessions have been. Every time I’m near Port Jervis I make sure to stop by and say hello as well as get some goodies for myself and for friends. They’re always very pleased with the merchandise from Awakening, as well as myself. Truly wonderful place!

I was blessed with the opportunity to have a reiki session with Courtney and it was an incredible moment that is incomparable to any gift I have ever received. The shop itself is so lovey and the energy is very welcoming. Whatever your path or spiritual belief is there is something there for you to appreciate. It’s very nice to have a shop like this in our area. I HIGHLY SUGGEST walking in and saying hello and taking a look around. May I also suggest the beautiful spring water they offer to refresh your soul. *LOVE & LIGHT*

I had my first reiki session with Sky recently and it was truly an absolutely amazing experience. I came in unsure of what to expect from the session. The ambiance was wonderful, and she was kind and helpful. You can literally feel the energy so intensely throughout the session, and I left feeling like I had just come out of a vacation coma (I mean that in a fabulous way). She provided me with insight on some areas that it would be helpful for me to focus on energetically which have since proven to be very helpful. I cannot recommend highly enough not only this shop, but Sky as well. I will certainly be back in a few weeks.

Truly a one of a kind spiritual experience. The Reiki sessions with Courtney were enlightening and rejuvenating, she is very gifted and helped me find some inner peace. The store’s ambience is so appealing and tranquil as well. Without a doubt, a Gem.

Awakening is a beautiful crystal spiritual shop accompanied by a wonderful peaceful space for practicing yoga and pilates in the back. Edita at the front desk is warm and welcoming and very kindly helped me with a package I had bought online for classes. Thank you again!

Stephen’s hatha classes are a beautiful challenge of finding peace and strength within the proper alignment of each of the poses. Stephen is a superb teacher who creates a warm and welcoming space, and provides modifications to meet you wherever you are in your practice. His interaction with students is genuine, kind, and gentle. I look forward to continuing my yoga and mediation journey at Awakening and I highly recommend them. Thank you again!

Honestly I’m so surprised by this place! I thought it would be a decent class for any store selling crystals and jewelry, but it’s actually amazing. Your standard flow but I love that just about the whole second half is restorative poses and stretching. Super relaxing and great instructors. They also offer free mats.

I came here as a member of ClassPass and ended up making the Monday night restorative yoga class a routine! It's a very nice and clean studio that has ample props for all attendees. There is a juice bar attached which is a great treat after your practice. I appreciate the usage of essential oils and incense to - you don't see that often with studios that have electronic check-in!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Awakening NY is an absolute gem in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Not only is it a place where you can do yoga, pilates, workshops and massages. They also offer incredible healing sessions. Recently I saw they redid their shop. It's definitely the best crystal shop in all of Brooklyn, maybe even in all of NYC. If you're into crystals, go here. There's an abundance!

I used to go Awakening in Greenpoint and always had an amazing experience. As I moved out of the city I was so happy to find out that Awakening moved over to Port Jervis and now we are neighbors.
Mariola and her husband Rafal are truly special human beings. Always loving and caring for their community. I wished them as much and even more success at this new location.

Mariola is Excellent!! I highly reccomend her service. The crystals are beautiful and already I spoke to my friends about her work. Hillary and luisa are friendly receptionist! Any questions ask them and if your looking to decorate with beautiful crystals this is the place!!

This is my soul tribe! I love them all so much. I’ve had healings/readings with just about everyone who is currently there and they’re all amazing. Latest, was my numerology reading with Donnalyn. She was very insightful, warm and knowledgeable. I left with more life direction for sure

I highly recommend awakening for your healing! Discovering Awakening created a major life shift for me. I am soo soo grateful. Literally my life has been transformed. What started off as a search for crystal shops in Brooklyn – which by the way is by far the best crystal shop in brooklyn with a great collection of all sized crystals and jewelry and other spiritual goodies – I saw that they have reiki which I was just starting to get curious about trying. I then noticed they not only had reiki, but they had shamanic reiki ("what's this?" I thought) and the reviews that other people left for Mariola's sessions sounded genuine and fascinating to me. She seemed like the real deal.

At the time I was sad & heart broken and felt like I needed to try this so I booked a session never doing any work with energy before. I didn't know what to expect. It was super relaxing, Mariola is a sweet angel and what struck me most is how she saw right through me into my soul and after the session gave me some intuitive messages that changed my life forever and accelerated my soul's growth journey I didn't even know I was on.

The curiosity she sparked in me since has led me on an amazing internal journey of growth and self discovery. Mariola has become a mentor to me and many others and has shown me that I can be a healer too. All the practitioners are true healers that she hand picks and if you're looking for some sort of healing - the answer is yes - book a session! Everyone is great and want to help and your life is worth it to give this work a try if you haven't done anything like this before. We all need some healing and this is the place to get some.
