I've never had a problem with the staff here, before or after the switch from Rite Aid. I do often get stuck behind someone who doesn't understand their insurance benefits and take up time at the counter. I wish they would have a separate window for insurance issues that take up so much time.

I have always had friendly help at this location.

What a great place, I all ways get my stuff on time… that poor staff having to put up with some of things I hear from the customers, very unchristian like. They deserve more for what they put up with…..

The staff was helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend.

Tried to make a appointment for a flu vaccine and their site kept sending me to other locations. I ended up making an appointment with the competition.

They've been a nightmare to get a hold of. I needed to get a small refill to hold me over my new full month refill was available. Their phone was disconnected every time I called. I then had to go in person to see if they could refill it for me. The one Pharmacist was able to help me out which is why they got 2 stars.

I then had to transfer my prescription over to a CVS location due to insurance purposes. CVS put in a request to have my information faxed over, Walgreens has not faxed over my information and its been going on three days now. They wont pick up the phone calls from CVS and they keep hanging up when they do get someone on the line.

call pharmacy 2 times and was on phone 25 minutes each and was disconnected. Made a special trip to pharmacy to take care of the issue and they still didn't resolve it.

I’ve been calling this walgreen for hours and no body pick up if there not going to answer the phone why have one this is pathetic somebody pick up the phone

A week later and I’m still waiting for my same day order to be ready.
