Great local shop, good prices and Mike the owner is great and is always there to get the job done on time.

What I know about car repair could probably be written as a tweet so trusting the shop is very important and - I trust Dave's Garage. In all the years I have owned cars (beginning with a '65 Pontiac) I have had almost all repairs completed at Dave's. I have never had a complaint. They communicate well, will contact you by phone, accommodated my weird work schedule; simply a first class shop.

They were able to get me in on a same-day appointment to check out a used vehicle for sale and were fast, courteous, and very thorough for a great price. I would definitely recommend them!

I had a flat tire and despite being very busy, Dave’s Garage was able to accommodate me within an half hour. A very good neighborhood facility.

Went for brakes. They could have sold me brakes all around. Told me I only needed rear. Saved me a bunch. Then, had a battery light, they replaced my alternator and engine light, they replaced my thermostat. Decent prices for Great work.

I sent my car in with a tire that kept leaking. It turned out to be a nail and they plugged it for $20.00. These guys could have lied to me and sold me a whole new tire, but they are honest and trustworthy. I took them 2 dozen donuts then next day to thank them for their honesty. My husband & I have taken our two Prius cars for emission tests at Dave's for several years, but Dave's will now get any other service we need! During this Covid-19 pandemic we need to support our small business owners!!!!

Dave's Garage provided me high quality services on my vehicle. They provided me honest recommendations for some other issues with it too. They truly want what is best for the customer and will go the extra mile for them.

Went to Dave's Garage on a whim since it is close to my house (within walking distance). I recently had work done on my brakes nearby at a competitor and was very happy with their service, but their prices were way high. They quoted me at $950+ for front struts on my car. Dave's Garage quoted me at $650 plus the did the required front-end alignment without a separate charge. Work was done quick (within the day) and my car seems to be in great condition.

Would have loved one of those "extras" like a quick car wash or an air freshener but those add to the price ultimately. I will definitely be coming back to Dave's Garage.

Excellent service for a DOT emissions test, it is first come first serve, Mon and Wed 130pm-430pm no appt accepted, best go 15-20min so you can get in line

These guys are fabulous! Honest & fair price! They identified the brake noise as just rust. Didn't try to charge for something that did not need to be done. Mike, the guy that use to be behind the counter, has been a complete gentleman and even pumps up our bike tires when we wobble in!

I've been going to Dave's Garage for about 30 years. I 'very never complained about poor workmanship. Like one other garage on Forest Home Avenue. Dave's prices are less than other garages in the area and use higher quality parts. I used one other Garage on Forest Home Avenue for a brake job, because I couldn't get it in at Dave's. And ended up paying $910.00 for front and rear. And the pads they used were carbon and didn't last 15,000 miles. I took the vehicle in three times and the owner didn't seem surprised my hub caps were black from the pads even though I get my car washed every two weeks. I would never go to a garage that doesn't have a name just letters. I learned a lesson never leave a good auto repair shop for haist, just because you can't get in.

I have been going to Dave's for over 30 years. I have never felt I was taken advantage of with regard to work on my car. The staff is courteous and professional. The do great work.
