Holiday Inn Express Milwaukee Downtown, an IHG Hotel

I had a very short stay here for work but it was a great experience. The room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom didn't have a tub but the shower was easy to maneuver. The front desk people were very nice and even gave us some snacks and yogurt in the morning before we left, despite it being 5am way before they would usually open. Great place

Super walkable location near lots of great options for dinner. I really enjoyed a good breakfast and awesome staff! Manno helped me extend my stay when work schedule changed, and I was glad to spend another night at your hotel!

I will choose this hotel on future visits to Milwaukee.

As soon as I walked through the doors I was greeted with excellent customer service... The front desk attendant (Manno) was very helpful and and informative.... she went over and beyond to make sure my stay was a great one. Will be returning.. hopefully I will be greeted by Manno..

They were able to accommodate our early check in and I was very grateful for that. We ended up getting a bigger room than we had booked and it made for an awesome stay. Everything in the hotel was new and clean. It's only a few minutes from the lake, the Riverwalk and the Historic Third Ward. I'd absolutely stay here again.

I was in town for the game and the night staff went above and beyond normal service. My Uber eats order never came through but they made sure I ate. Great great staff.

I can’t thank you enough for returning the watch you found in the room after we checked out and drove back to Chicago. Called the hotel and it was returned to the front desk by her. Glad to know there’s still good people in the world today!

From the moment I arrived, Ty was an outstanding guest representative. Not only did she help with the hotel accommodations, she was also very knowledgeable of the area & told me about a few spots I may be interested in. When it came time for checkout, Maano was a great attendee as well. I have absolutely no complaints at all. The room was well kept, the service good, breakfast was great, parking was easy. Overall, very satisfied

We were in town for one night to see Les Mis at the Marcus. Room was nice, quiet and comfortable. Staff were nice and professional. Breakfast was good and the coffee was hot. All in all a great place to stay to see the sites. We don't mind walking so the location of the hotel is a plus, near the Public Market, restaurants and the museums. Only real negative from our visit was the wimpy pillows that flattened like a pancake! Parking was a tad expensive but you're in the city so you pay for the convenience. We'll be back for further adventures in the city!

The place was great, me and my group stayed for around 6 days. The girl at the reception was nice and the location was clean and friendly. The rooms are spacious and would definitely recommend!

Extremely clean rooms and comfortable beds. Conveniently located for restaurants and shopping. The parking for the hotel is close and for $5 more you get the option of unlimited in and out, which we didn't need. They have a welcome screen on the TV, with easy to follow directions to connect your phone to stream a movie. We have Amazon Prime so it worked out perfectly. Breakfast was fantastic. No pool or hot tub, was disappointed about that. There was a wedding the night we stayed and there were no luggage transporters available. That made it a little harder. We walked to the Pfister Hotel for the spa. I would recommend this location and definitely recommend.

We came to visit Marquette with our daughter and booked this hotel online. We arrived a little earlier than expected and asked if we could check in early. Anthony was at the front desk and said he would expedite the process and we could visit the public market while we were waiting. This was perfect. When we came back our room was ready and Anthony was very helpful and friendly. Everyone we encountered was very professional and friendly. The room and hotel were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else who comes to Milwaukee! It’s in the middle of everything!

My room was located right by the elevators. It made it easy for me to take my bicycle down to the lobby as it was my vehicle in Milwaukee. It was much better then paying for parking, which can be expensive.

The room was clean and well organized. There is no front desk clerk at night, so you have to buy from their sundry if you get a late night thirst. It's very expensive!!!

I would stay here again. It's a nice hotel.

I absolutely love this place!!!! I’m here for business and the staff have been amazing! Anthony and Ty have really gone above and beyond to make my experience and stay immaculate!!! The room is spacious, modern, and clean. I enjoy a hotel that has free and hot breakfast. The lady who does the breakfast is also super nice! This hotel is in the heart of downtown meaning that there’s plenty to do, see, and eat. I’m so glad I chose to stay here!

Stayed here on our short visit to the city. It was reasonable, clean and staff are very nice. Also it's nice that the breakfast bar is included. Good location as well.

Top notch experience. We stayed at the "so-called" 4 star Hyatt Regency last time we were in Milwaukee, and this place blows it out the water. WAY cleaner, WAY nicer staff and WAY better deal!

The hotel is super clean, organized, and they serve a really good breakfast daily! Anthony is the Manager and he does a great job making sure the hotel is up to high standards. This is my second time staying and it’s been great. Also, the hotel is relatively close to the Public Market Place where you have tons of food options and the Wisconsin Athletic Club if you’re looking for a gym to workout.

I had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Express Milwaukee Downtown but one particular lady her name was Latina,! She was friendly, and over extended a helping hand in anything I needed no matter the day or time. She went above and beyond to fulfill not only my needs but the others around us. She honestly could run the whole place by herself! Truely an angel.
I will definitely come back again to this place because of her excellent attention.

Very friendly staff. Convenient location. Anthony was very helpful and I would like to thank him from the bottom of my heart. He treated us professionally and made our stay so remarkable(Room #216, 6/10-6/12). The one problem I experienced here is no restaurants are close by.

Parking is not good at all! Close to downtown and the casino.
