What a wonderful gem in the middle of Virginia.the cigar selection is massive and the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices here are very fair and if you want to buy a stick and hang out, this place is definitely the place to be. Top of my list when I visit Virginia!! Highly recommended

We were passing through town on our way South.I thought I'd stop and check out their cigars. was very impressed with the selection and the prices. The gentleman at the counter was very nice.

Absolutely fell in love thos place. It is worth my drive from Springfield VA. And, it is worth the drive from anywhere else. If you are a cigar smoker, you will call this place home. In terms of cigars? They can fit you up with whatever budget you have in mind. But, just know no matter what you spend, $5.00 or higher, you will be treated with respect, warmly and professionally. What I really enjoyed is the depth of knowledge of the staff and fellow customers. This is a low key place that allows you to explore and ask questions. Parking is readily available with consideration of those with special needs. But, the other charm is the smoking lounge. Hi-def television boasting sports and news. They offer very comfortable chairs and sofas. This place is every easy to hang out for the day with a smooth cigar and fellow connoisseurs. This is right off exit 89/Ashalnd Virginia, Interstate 95.

I was getting repairs done on my truck and decided to stop in. Nice spot. They have a good selection of cigars at more than reasonable prices. I don't come this way too often but I'll remember to stop in when I do

Very nice place . Lots of great cigars to choose from . The guy was helpful and it is a very clean store . Everything was displayed and presented very well . I will be back when I’m in the area .

What an amazing experience. I'm very new to the hobbies and Lloyd was extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns. I'm an over the road truck driver and this will definitely be a place I come back to again.

Biggest and best cigar store I've been to in Virginia. MUCH bigger selection.

This is the place to go, if you're in the Ashland/Richmond area and you want to have a relaxing few hours of me time. Extensive selection of cigars, comfortable seating with high ceilings, so it's not smokey. Multiple TVs. All around great place.

I do wish I could have a Scotch or Bourbon while I'm there, but you can't have everything.

It's hard to get used to smokers being able to smoke inside the store/lounge and I came out smelling like cigars. I know this is common for cigar shops, it's just a little off putting if you're not too into cigars. Still very clean and organized.

Great selection and friendly management. Lloyd is always ready to talk NFL and especially the Cowboys. A scheduled pitstop during my drives from NC to DC.

Wow. The selection is this place is just exquisite! I have traveled to many Cigar Lounges throughout the country and in the Caribbean and the quality here is top notch. Every cigar is an enclosed wooden case and the ambiance is very inviting. Time for me to upgrade to a private humidor at home and travel and the attendant gave me a tour and explained the options and the benefits of each. The only bad thing is that you want to take all the cigars home with you because they all seems so delectable. Thank you for a lovely experience. My home office is close and I'll be sure to visit again when I'm in town! :)

Great selection of Cigars. Customer service was awesome. Very clean inside. I don't smoke at all went in with a family member. I didn't want to go in because I didn't want to come out smelling like I had been smoking. To my surprise the ventilation system in there did its job. I didn't smell like smoke.

Just a quick appreciation review! Had a great first shopping experience here and was given a very quick but thorough overview of the cigar world by my new friend Lloyd. He was extremely friendly, very professional, and helpful in giving guidance but also not sending me down the wrong path on products and unnecessary purchases. I want to thank Lloyd publicly, can’t wait to get back in and visit with him again

We were welcomed warmly when entering this establishment. The customer service here was excellent. The salesman who helped us knew exactly what we were looking for and was familiar with the cigar bar in our area. We really enjoyed our visit. He was very friendly and accommodating. Great find! We will be back!

I walked in this place and was immediately greeted with a smile. I came to find it was the owner who stopped and took the time to have a discussion with me and provide some excellent recommendations with expert tasting notes. He offered me a place to sit, work a little and enjoy the company of others already in the lounge. The variety of selections is vast, and the quality of product is exquisite. The prices are reasonable and competitive with other reasonable businesses. Make a visit for reasonable prices, excellent quality, quantitative selection, and friendly faces.

Come here now! I just left the place and it's amazing. A cigar lover's paradise. They have a nice lounge, guys sitting on the couches talking and smoking cigars. The selection is huge, it's a very big place. And the prices are ridiculously low given the excise taxes that were imposed on cigars about a decade ago. Almost every cigar in the place is under $20 and there are many, many selections that are under $10. I only smoke about one cigar per month but I'm doing my shopping here from now on. I can't say enough about this place.

Great selection of cigars, friendly and helpful staff and nice atmosphere. Wish they could compete with online prices but that's not their fault. I also wish that regulars who smoke in the lounge were more welcoming as I'd like to smoke in the lounge but always feel uncomfortable like I've interrupted something.

Love this lounge! Wide cigar selection, including Davidoff, very comfortable, and the staff are exceptional. Lloyd is an asset to this location and has helped me pick out a great selection of cigars that I have enjoyed over the last few years, as well as being excellent at customer service. Always a smile and firm handshake. Nice lounge to relax or work in.
