Great store! Dolores was our sales rep and was very helpful. They are having a close out sale so I would visit asap. All mattresses half off the listed price - we are pleased with our purchase.

10/10 recommend Robert’s Furniture in Winchester VA. My mom had recently purchased furniture here and recommended that I go in - I’m glad she did!! Cliff was so welcoming and patient while I was on the hunt for a very specific sofa. We were able to locate the exact sofa on their website along with some close contenders in store. Robert's Furniture & Mattress in Winchester is wonderful. The personnel working there are very friendly and helpful. We found a brand new couch that we purchased. Mike, our sales representative, was quite pleasant and gave us a great discount on the sales price. We will definitely go back to Robert's Furniture.

Went to every furniture store locally & searched online.. found Robert’s & found the perfect sofa in minutes! Way less & good quality & was given a discount when I asked. Very nice & helpful! I plan on purchasing again soon another item. I definitely recommend. Not pushy & really good service. I highly recommend.

Nice people and we ended up buying from them after shopping around at 3 other furniture shores.

The salesperson was very helpful and easy to work with. The prices were reasonable. They had exactly what we wanted. They didn’t try to charge us exorbitant fees for delivery or sell us add ons we didn’t need. This was my daughters first time buying furniture. This place is how it should be done:)

We went into Roberts looking for a mattress and Donald the store associate was there to help us with the process,he answered all our questions and helped us find the right mattress. But that was the first place we stopped at and we wanted to check other stores out. While we were there we looked at all the furniture and we found a very nice recliner, and again Donald was there to answer all our questions and tell us about the sale they had going on. We ended up buying the beautiful recliner.After checking out other mattress stores and seeing how expensive mattresses were we went back to Roberts because they had the best prices! Thank goodness Donald was there again to help us with the purchase of the mattress. We just want to thank Donald and the other associate that helped us when we picked up our recliner.

Went to Robert's to get a new bed and mattress for my toddler. They were very helpful and not pushy like a few of the other furniture stores we stopped at. They helped us find what we were looking for within our price range. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back when it's time to get a new couch.

My Mother bought a bed at Roberts and it is great quality, comfortable and reasonably priced. There was a wait for delivery due to back orders because of the effects of Covid but she was not in a hurry and was satisfied with the wait period. The salesman Don is knowledgeable, honest and a pleasure to work with. Our experience was great!

Great customer service from Cliff! He even came and opened the front door for us when we were entering for the first time. Purchase experience was smooth, quick, and easy and Cliff made everything go nicely. Great value for the item purchased. Very satisfied with the service, when buying and picking up the furniture later. They offer great financing options, and a great selection of furniture to fit many tastes and needs. I chose to go here because I had purchased some great furniture from here many years ago and was very happy with it. Would definitely recommend this place!

I found Cliff to be responsive to my initial inquiry via text which is what got us in the store. Once there, Cliff was patient and informative as tried out recliners for a big man. We eventually opted for a special order as none of the chairs in the showroom were quite right. We are really pleased with level of service we received.

Roberts has beautiful furniture and Cliff Wainwright was extremely courteous and patient as I sat on every sofa in the store! When we found the Ashley sectional we wanted, he gave us a great price and arranged delivery in 5 days. Would definitely recommend Roberts if u need furniture. The selection of styles in the store has something for everyone.

Cliff has been spectacular to work with. He is patient and gives the customer time to consider all options. He is not pushy. We will definitely be back when we need other pieces for our home.
