This is the best gym in Milwaukee! The trainers are supportive, enthusiastic, and highly skilled. No workout is ever the same. The members are encouraging and welcoming.

Great program mixing Kickboxing and HIIT in roughly equal proportion. It's challenging but very doable (& is modified for all levels I personally find). Trainers are extremely skilled and patient while setting a bar that even experienced KB and HIIT members will be quite challenged by.

Roy is super nice and the instructor I wish I got his name. I missed a few sessions but they don't make you feel bad they keep their positive energy and even say you can stay to work out if you miss their session.

Instructors are great. They offer a variety of classes, times, they make you feel welcome and take time to make sure your form and pace are correct.

Great sense of community, I feel totally supported by the instructors and classmates. Safe and strong is dedicated to improving lives through fitness and self-defense training without ego. It's a positive experience every time.

This place is awesome. I dropped in for a class with my mom. I was impressed with how welcoming everyone was. The coach took time to get to know me and my fitness level. It was great workout. This place is impeccably clean. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I will definitely be back.

I have been there for the second time and its great! Everyone is very friendly and the instructors are very helpful by making sure you are doing the exercises right.

Roy is an amazing instructor! Very inclusive of everyone, motivating and fun to boot!

Michelle visited and saw seals playing, heard music and tried food I never had before! So fun!
