Great place to find a great deal in real estate

Personally I have never worked with a realtor who was so dishonest in order to get me to complete a sale. Due to failed inspection and lies Rogerio Alves made about the home. For example, him claiming he had a mortgage on the home and was paying homeowners insurance and for me not to worry that he’d find a policy to cover the condition of the home. Which was a lie since clearly the original listing before he bought it stated it was a cash buy only since the home needed extensive repairs. For the dishonesty and condition of the home, I made a choice to back out for my best interest. Rogerio was very disrespectful to the point he continued to say rude things about the inspector and stated how I shouldn’t have listened to a “nobody home inspector” and trust him as the realtor instead. And shaming him that a home inspection should have only taken 30 minutes and not 1 & 1/2 hours. He continued to tell me the house was fine and not to be scared of the inspection report even though the roof was in bad shape and didn’t pass inspection, with severe damage to the decking and moisture in the walls. And not to mention the 100k plus remodeled work he claimed to have done was never permitted. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone I know due to the severe lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and self interest in his own pockets. What I would recommend, that this company take a deeper dive into the type of agents they have working for them.
