Just bought 2 chairs last night. Getting them this weekend. Service was great. Hank was great on the phone. Can’t wait. ! And in person was painless. The chairs are going in my orchid area. Hang out time !

We are awaiting delivery of our furniture. We went in the store to meet with Kellie, and she had everything ready for us, so it did not take a long time. Very efficient. We were sorry that some things we want it were out of stock, but I guess we waited too long. She was very accommodating and help us through the buying process.

I love my new reclining sectional! Delivery team was very professional and finished quickly. Lilibeth James was our sales associate and was great. She answered all of our questions about the sectional and protection service. I never felt pressured by her, which I loved. This is my first purchase from City Furniture. Based on this experience I will be back for future purchases.

Our sales rep was Kellie, she is a gem, friendly, warm and caring yet professional. She helped us find what we needed and guided us in the right direction for what would work for us. She also made suggestions for what we will need in the future.
We rate her a “10”. Kellie has a fantastic sense of humor and made shopping a pleasure there. We will be back!

I must admit that originally… I did not have a very good experience with customer service and my 3-year warranty issues until I met the manager at Lady Lake, FL City Furniture!! Ikenna Okoro lives up to the 3-C’s of management: Courteous, compassionate and caring!!! He helped us when customer service could not. We had a situation that was out of the ordinary/out of the box. We had originally purchased our furniture in Fort Myers. Because customer service couldn’t get their paperwork straightened out in a three week time frame, we already had a relocation/move planned to a rural area where City Furniture doesn’t normally deliver. Like I said… He when out of his way to work out and arrange a pick up of the old furniture and drop off the new without any additional costs to us. We were being told that we would have to go to one location to pick out new furniture but that we would have to take the damaged furniture two hours away to a warehouse! This was insane to us! Because of Ike, he orchestrated this transaction to please us and we were very blessed to have met him! I hope City Furniture realizes what a fabulous man, both personally and professionally, he really is! HE’S A KEEPER!! God bless you Ike!!

My husband and I have been looking for a Farmhouse Dining Room table for what seemed like forever! We were using a mini white two top while we had all our bench seating and chairs, which looked so silly. We wanted an old American style stained wood on white legs. We came in on Friday and had the most amazing service from Sarah Rimel. She was so full of positive energy and she steered us toward this all wood table. I fell in love with it the instant I saw it. I was a little worried abt it not having white legs, going with my stuff, etc, but after looking at a cpl other tables, we just loved this and all else was perfect on it (it has an extension leaf, is solid wood, is the stain color we were looking for), so we went with it. We chose to have it boxed delivered and put it together ourselves, which was so easy and the delivery went great, too. I'm in love with the look, the quality, and how it warms up my space. We're looking forward to finally being able to sit at a nice table and eat like a family of adults. Thank you so much and thank you, Sarah! You were awesome!

Superb service. We were greeted warmly upon entry. We came in toward closing time. Our salesman was so accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. We were allowed to take our time in making a choice on a sofa from good inventory. Both salesmen in the store were helpful. We never felt pressured and questions were thoroughly answered.

Just bought a bed for our new home. Angela helped us choose the perfect mattress. We returned the next morning to finalize our purchase snd Angela wasn't in yet so Sarah helped us pick out our perfect t bed! They were both helpful, polite, snd made the transaction easy!

The people working there were helpful and pleasant to work with. They greeted you as you entered the store, but allowed you to peruse the furniture without following you around constantly. If you needed them, they would check back with you several times to ask if I had any questions, which I appreciated. Great store!

My wife and I have been purchasing furniture for 20 plus years and our experience with Rudy Fernandez from City Furniture was the best we have had! Rudy is friendly, informative, patient, gave us space and time to make the right decision. , He wanted to make sure we picked the right furniture for our new home. His service was beyond what anyone can expect as we were having a new house built and had to work around measurements not an actual space that we had lived in before.. He was beyond patient and we are so grateful for his guidance! We are super happy! Rudy has a customer for life! Highly recommend you ask for him at the Lady Lake City Furniture near The Villages.

Rudy was great. He called to follow up and remind us of the Memorial Day specials. We saved money and bought what we picked out.

Excellent service by Hank on the sales floor. Was gracious and attended to our needs. He helped try out roughly a 100 beds, and walked us through many other items that we needed for our new home. Anytime we need furniture, we will be going to City Furniture and asking for Hank. Delivery service was great too, for the items we received premium delivery on, we were happy with the professionalism and speed at which the staff worked and for the items we received in standard delivery format, they were easy to put together. Thank you!

Salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable. I found exactly what I wanted and it was delivered the next day. Delivery guys were nice. Over all I'd say "quick and painless!"

We are new to the Villages. We needed new furniture. Sarah Rimel helped us when we were first in the show room. We called into place the order and spoke with the gentleman by the name of Kevin Dye. He did a wonderful job and assured me everything would be just as we wanted. I would like to thank them both for the Excellent Job! I would recommend City Furniture to anyone looking for quality furniture at a good price.

New furniture delivered today and couldn’t be more pleased! The set up/delivery guys were soo nice and respectful and they made sure everything was to my satisfaction before they left.

I bought a bedroom set and entertainment center. My sales associate was Liliberh James. She assisted with all my needs before and after the sale. I bought other furniture prior to finding Furniture City. I've not had such good luck with them. I wish I would have known about this place prior to that purchase. I highly recommend them and will be back with any of my home furnishing needs

Love the store. Hank was very patient and personable. Everything from purchase to delivery went very smoothly. Love my new reclining sofa.
