The young man in the shoe department was excellent! He ran after me as I was leaving the store to tell me he found the size shoe I needed. I call that 5 star service! Thank you!

All items had prices and signs. The store was neat and organized and easy to find items.

I love this store especially the one in Lady Lake. It is so nice well kept plenty of great quality merchandise. Great sales and I got myself one of their credit cards they gave me 20.00 off for opening one and I just received the card in the mail there was a 10.00 voucher in it. Plus bring up the Belks app for more discounts amazing.

Always a very good experience shopping at the Villages Belk's. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of merchandise is always top notch and displayed artistically and appealing.

Big sale with lots of great merchandise in every department. Easy, free parking at surface level.

I am so happy to have a upscale department store to shop at. I've moved here from Michigan and the retail in my city had become non-existent since before covid! Belk has great variety it reasonable prices. It's so much fun to shop here.

Well, let me tell you.
Excellent as usual!
I was there yesterday they had a terrific sale going on! I bought a bedding set for $35 and if that wasn't enough, I ended up with a pair of Madden Girl boots (that I needed for the price) for$9.10!!
Well, I couldn't resist and went back today for more!! I came across a Zelos handbag, like a big quilted pouch with handles. My favorite color , wine!! ( even though I don't drink. Lol) Ended up paying $4.32!!!

I was a little late to get a "gift with purchase " from Estee Lauder but the sales lady found one for me. Good customer service!

Went to belks to buy a swimsuit, found what I wanted had lots of swimsuits to choose from and cashier was very helpful and she had a nice smile

I have never been to the store shopped there for the first time, absolutely love it.

The store manager yesterday was super nice and gave me outstanding customer service regarding a return.

Love this store. The have a good big man depart. I wear a 4xb tops and shirts. They are a little high in price. Best time to go is sales. Buy 1 get 2 free. Most clerks are very nice.

Good selection. Need more staff at checkout because some customers hold up the line and you have to wait too long to check out.
