Let’s say I absolutely love the employee (male) that is always helping me I haven’t gotten his name yet but from reading the reviews I think his name is ed .. I asked for a vape with no nicotine and he pointed me to the evodrip! Which I absolutely love the ice skittles flavor ! Thank you ed for always being so vibrant and sweet . You have a great personality and excellent customer service!! I only shop here ❤

Recently came to this location specifically (been here many times in the past). Upon arrival we were greeted as we stepped in. Cute little hookah shop with much to offer. (There's even a hookah lounge next door, how rad is that?) All kind of smoking products. Incense. Oils. Shisha. The works! We want to thank Yomarty for taking his time with us showing and explaining how the vapes work. From coils, what wattage works best for the coil being used, to taking care of the product, to letting us smell the oils. He really went above and beyond our expectations. He helped us pick our first vape kits and oils. We are definitely very satisfied customers!

Been to all the Sphinx locations in the Milwaukee area for years. Everytime has been a fantastic experience for me and my boyfriend. The owner Ed is always so pleasant and knowledgeable. Even after a couple of years, he remembers us. He always shows us fantastic products and what's worth the buck. Love his customer service and friendliness. Thank you Ed and for your staff. These shops are popping up everywhere, but this is one of the best! Big, bright, clean store with an incredible selection of products. Something you want is out of stock? I love spinx I got there everyday there like family to me

Pretty much the only vape shop I go to even though I live in oconomowoc. They have so much stuff and so many options for disposable vapes and the prices are good. Ed is the best, he's so nice and helpful, he's helped me find my last 3 favorite vapes :) He goes out of his way to give great customer service, even gave me a deal last time I was there. They're also open late which is super helpful. Every employee is always really helpful. I just get vapes but it is a big store with a lot of other great stuff too!

I absolutely love this store! They have the biggest selection of vapes and smoke products, every time I’ve gone in they are always so welcoming and helpful! I come in probably once a week to get a new vape and every time Ed makes me feel like family. I highly suggest you stop in for any of your smoking needs! They also have Delta 8 & incense products! My favorite is the white sage!

I heard about this place from my friend and I’ve been going there ever since. Ed is the nicest person you’ll ever meet. Had to go there a couple times because I’ve been having problems but he’ll fix them before you leave the store. Always talk to him for a couple minutes before I leave but it’s always a great conversation. Thanks Ed for all your help!

The man that owns this place is the nicest guy I've ever met. This smoke shop has seen nothing but growth and its all due to the great staff and the way they treat their customers. The owner even gave his condolences when my mother died because he would always strike up conversation with her when she would buy her cigarettes there.
